Nice hotel, excellent swimming pool, nice breakfast

Pool is half outdoor so the water was little cold, you can hear your neighbors,furniture and anemities are little bit outdated

Good value and location in the town. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed me to use the pool after check out as my train was scheduled for late afternoon. The pool was in a separate building and was easy to get to. It was great that the pool part was covered but the poolside was in the open for sunbathing. There are changing rooms and toilet facilities by the pool as well as vending machines for refreshments. Breakfast was included and good for the price.

The view from our room on the sixth floor was nice. The monitored hotel parking lot is about 50 meters away and is reasonably priced. The hotel’s location is good, very close to the city centre. WiFi is fast with a strong signal, but you have to log in again each time. The rooms are larger than most you can find in Italy.

The windows and doors are very old and hard to open, and the walls have poor sound insulation. Room was generally clean, but you don't get the feeling of cleanliness as all the furniture in the room and bathroom is very old and smells like an old house. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and neither were the pillows. The quality of the towels could be better. Breakfast was disappointing with a very limited selection. Only two types of salami and one type of cheese. There was no option to choose another meat besides pork. The scrambled eggs, although not bad in taste, were always cold, and there were no sunny-side up eggs available. The staff wasn’t particularly polite, although the cleaning ladies were friendly. Instead of key cards, you have traditional keys which you need to leave at the reception - quite surprising in the 21st century?!

Great location, nice and not crowded swimming pool and terrace area, I enjoyed the great breakfast, nice bedroom with air-conditioning, friendly and kind staff, I would recommend the experience

No pool, exept on pictures?

The location was very good and the staff was very nice.

Their website said they offered an airport shuttle, which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel.. They do not offer an airport shuttle and so I had to take a taxi to the Florence Airport, and it cost me $100.00. Ooofda. I was not happy.

A bit run down

The location was excellent. The hotel was dated, but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool was in a complex across the road. No major issue as pool was lovely, but wasn't made aware of this when booking.

The dining room staff seem to be in a hurry ,they whipped my plates and coffee cups away before I had finished.

Breakfast was poor

There was noise from ventilation of the kitchen at night. There was no air condition. I kinldy ask the staff to change the room but they just say that we could go to another hotel. I do not recommend to stay there.
