Our friends rooms air conditioner was not working and as its summer was a very uncomfortable night. we had told management on arrival aircon not working but they did nothing until the next day which was to change rooms.

The balcony was damp underfoot and a little musty.

Easy place to explore the city from. Room comfortable, clean and spacious. Hosts helpful with check in instructions and organised a taxi to the airport when we left. Some good places to eat nearby.

The only thing I didn't really care for was when we lost power for a time and of course we lost the water too. But they got it fixed as quickly as possible. These things do happen on occasion. The only other negative thing I can say is I should have gotten a room with one queen size bed because the two small beds are more for children than adults, but that was my mistake.

The Bio Hotel is in an excellent location. All your immediate needs are within walking distance. Great food, great shopping, laundry facilities and amazing architecture and history. Palermo is one of the most incredible places I've ever been in my life. I also liked the fact that it was a small hotel with a limited amount of guests. The hotel was quiet ,clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Some of the facilities are showing signs of wear and tear.

The hotel was really central and in a great location, close to restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk from the main sights. The room was clean and spacious, with a generous balcony. The manager, Alessio, was so helpful too.

No bidet, no breakfast, usually no staff on site, but very responsive.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, convenient to central area with sights. Great host.

In our room, one of the window do not have a lock and can be open from outside, not very safe considering the other connected bacony We got 1 toilet paper for our full 3 night stay. It was finished on the 3rd day, room was cleaned but no replacement was provided We put our dirty towels, full of sweat + makeup on the floor to be replaced, cleaning person just put them back on the bathropm rack with the very obvious makeup stains and partly wet when we came back to our room No one is here past noon if we need help with something The other building is so close that we can see inside their place and they can see us too so we could not open any curtain for privacy reason

The only downside would be the sonorisation of the rooms, as it is nonexistant. Our doorwas very queaky and I am certain our neighbours did not enjoy us coming back at midnight. I could also hear everything in the room next to ours. So the place is calm, but the normal talkingof the people breaks this.

The hotel is situated on the 8th the floors of a central building. The view from the room was very nice. The room is nice, clean and the batheroom is good.

Breakfast was not included. While the room service was great the room itself had some general stains and was a bit uninspired.

Very noisy elevator as the room was in the last floor I could hear it all night. Little aged like hospital feeling bathroom. There is an art above the bed, some kind of coloured potato peelings. I rather if it isn’t there. Also the management asked for 10 of 10.

Good location close to many restaurants. Near by airport shuttle bus stop and easy What’s up communication with the reception.
