It is very noisy, the walls are thin. You hear everything.

It is very close to the beach, the ac works well. The breakfast is good, varied and available until 12.00. They staff were very kind, especially the waiters at breakfast.

A very minor detail, maybe just a misunderstanding. When you walk in and see a welcome card leaning on a bottle of water l was expecting the water in the small fridge to be free. Not charged like a mini bar.

Fruit Juice at breakfast not great.

A bit of noise from the outside air conditioning unit but not as much of an issue if you close the door to the balcony door.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast and breakfast guys (Vincenzo and Andrea work extremely hard everyday to make us feel special!) Chill out the swimming pool area. Accessibility to the beach, spot on.

Couldn’t get the aircon to work but just opened the tilting door as it felt quite safe being on an upper floor with the shutters pulled down.

It was conveniently located near the beach and near to the centre. Staff were friendly. Check in was easy and the room was very clean. Basic but comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent choice of food at breakfast.

Only two things made the stay less than perfect and both were not the responsibility of the hotel. The location is great being close to the beach but that also means the noise from the clubs at night is disturbing and goes on until early hours of the morning - bring ear plugs! Secondly, sadly, the weather was uncooperative being unseasonably cold and rainy - hard to love Rimini in the rain (!).

The room, while on the small side, had good beds, plenty of storage space and was kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent - buffet well stocked with more variety than expected, and the staff (particularly Vincenzo) attentive and efficient. The common areas were very nicely decorated and provided a nice place to go when it was raining. Front desk staff were helpful and accommodating and were also on hand to staff the lobby bar (coffee machine and tea preparation as well). Towels are provided for the beach and there is a designated area for the hotel. The hotel pool was a great bonus as well.

The room we stayed in,wasn't what we've expected ,the size didn't correlate with the description It's rated as a superior room, for the sea view, but actually is smaller than the standard room. The bathroom needs serious attention

Like the location, Like the staff willingness to assist, especially Vincenzo at the restaurant, always going an extra mile to make us welcome and enjoy the breakfast Food variety and quality was very good.

Excellent hotel that fully met our expectations. What you book is what you get. Restaurant staff is incredible and made our stay even better with their positive approach. Rooms are comfy, cleaned every day with new towels. Sea view is worth every penny. We loved it here.

Bathroom was a little small but not a big problem. Air con effective but a little loud. Bring some ear plugs. Only Italian plug sockets (without earth) but they have adapters and spare chargers at reception!

Friendly and helpful service. No question was a problem. Good location and excellent facilities. Comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast, great coffee. Nice little pool. Towels (and you're allowed to take them to the beach). Complimentary bikes! Use of pool and towels after check out. All in all very nice!

It was noisy at night. Despite double glazing there was music noise from the bars across the road.

Helpful staff , particularly the waiters at breakfast. Good breakfast. Nice room with balcony overlooking sea. Room was quite small. Nice pool but small.
