Amazing hotel - loved it! Great location for hiking and biking. Fab spa facilities, lovely feel, very clean and super friendly and helpful staff - really recommend it!

It was quite warm in the summer even with the window open, and unfortunately the hotel is quite close to the main highway so there was a *bit* of traffic noise. It was very uncomfortable when the cleaning staff allowed themselves into the room around 8:30pm to collect our robes without warning.

The spa was lovely, and breakfast was fantastic. The bar patio was beautiful, and the upper deck was a quiet and calming space to soak up some sun. The room was recently renovated and very clean.

The hotel felt very luxurious and had excellent facilities. We enjoyed the sauna/pool area, the changing rooms/storage downstairs was fantastic, and the breakfast area was lovely.

The room was a bit warm and the controls didn't seem to work

Breakfast was great, made to order items as well as buffet style items, great selection and nice service at all the meals. I had dinner twice during my stay and both meals were excellent. I really enjoyed the sauna and pool area. After a long day of activities, it was very relaxing to come back and take a sauna and dip in the pool with the jets

the double bed were 2 singles attached which made it very hard for us to sleep, there was no ac and a fan is not good enough for the job at all. the room floor was really dusty and i expect better cleaning.

the facilities and the spa are great. and the hotel design overall is good it deserves a 4 star i believe.

I would have liked the option of a small fridge in the room. However the hotel bar was excellent and there was a shop nearby for quick needs.

Our stay was perfect. The hotel location was excellent for day hikes. The hotel's excellent breakfast provided energy for the hikes, A+! The spa area was clean and relaxing. The balcony in the room provided a nice place for cooling off. The room was clean and although it was the smallest room, it was spacious enough for two adults. The room was nicely renovated and the bathroom was absolutely lovely. The staff is first class and very friendly. Grazie!

We didn't find anything to dislike

We enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and the room was nicely appointed. We were in a convenient place for the cable cars we wanted to use for our hiking in the mountains. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Overall good stay. No refrigerators in room surprised us, as we had groceries, but otherwise everything was top notch.

Towels in the bathroom were thin and even a little raggedy. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. We were put in a room facing the street, without a balcony. We slept with the window open since no AC, however the street noise was very load. It sounded as tho the garbage truck was picking up garbage at around 3am. The pool area was nice but somewhat small and full of young men. My daughter and I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Hotel guests were mainly couples and young men. No families.

Clean and modern facilities. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. We rented e-bikes from here which was nice and convenient.

The spa was wonderful each afternoon. sauna, pool, drinks and snacks, relaxation room. The room with balcony and views was lovely, clean, and modern. We ate at one of the restaurants and it was delicious. Daily breakfast was wonderful with hot food available to order included at no extra cost. This was our favorite hotel of the trip. Thanks!

Very minor but there’s only one bathroom for restaurant / bar area and it’s a floor down. A little bit of a faff.

Spotlessly clean room, beautiful decor, large balcony, and full amenities. The whole hotel smells fresh and has a calm, pleasant vibe.

Air conditioning would have been helpful since it got very hot while we were there.

Google maps struggled to direct us there but we did find it after a couple of trys.

The hotel is lovely, great patio and rooftop terrace. The spa area was great. The breakfast was wonderful. I wish I had booked two nights there!

No air conditioning, staff were awkward at times (especially the reception staff) and bar / restaurant vibe not the best. Better off eating / drinking elsewhere in the village.
