Nice and clean room , helpful staff

We had to stay there due a cancelation of our flight. The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. Just the air conditioner of the room was a bit noise, but we turned off and slept very well.

For a hotel of this level, the room lacked a robe and slippers, as well as a coffee machine and kettle.

Comfortable and clean space, wonderful bathroom, stylish interior and lobby. Unfortunately we didn’t try SPA area. Parking lot is just nearby. Tasty breakfast, and barista makes coffee . I’d like it if were vegetables and greens.

Everything was great

Nice hotel near the airport, in a pleasant and quiet location, several restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and clean with the most comfortable bed. Free public parking in front of the hotel and garage and private hotel garage for a fee. I recommend this hotel!

Very friendly and caring reception staff! I had a problem, I forgot my jacket in the bar, but the next day, the reception staff did everything to find my jacket and return it to me. Thank you very much for caring about customers!

The TV does not have the ability to play media from USB... it's frustrating every time….. this does not apply to the movie suite where this is possible

Everything was good.

Very nice Best Western! Our flight arrived late to Treviso airport and our car rental agency was closed, so we had to find a hotel for the night. This was close and had good ratings. I was surprised to find such a nice hotel as a Best Western. (In the US, Best Westerns are not that good.) But this was very nice and more luxurious than I expected. It appears to host a lot of business travelers, and there was a conference going on in the morning. Everything was clean and the beds super comfortable. Friendly front desk staff. We had a late dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good.

In the middle of nowhere I chose this hotel for the small distance to the airport Treviso But they didn’t have/ provide any shuttle or bus for the airport Minibar was EMPTY 😅

Location wasn’t great for our purposes, but was a last minute booking due to our accommodation in Venice letting us down, so was quite far from where we needed to be. The property appears to be more geared for business travellers, so not likely an issue for its intended customer.

It is a little bit outside the town, although we were informed about this, we expect the restaurant and coffee bar in the hotel to work for late lunch or a coffee with snack, but they open from 7.30 pm. There is just one small restaurant (prosuteria) nearby and no other places to eat.

It was clear, rooms were very nice with big and comfortable beds. The receptionists were very helpful.

Nothing in particular. It was truly a very pleasant experience. I don't have anything negative to report about my stay at the hotel. It was the first time and I really appreciated everything.

I really appreciated the hotel, its location, all the services available for customers, the comfortable rooms, the rich choice for breakfast, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I also appreciated the menu chosen for the dinner of the event in which I attended in the hotel restaurant. Thank you!
