1 Opening the room door is problematic. In the two days we stayed at the hotel, we had to wait by the door three times for the hotel employee to open the door for us. 2. The breakfast is poor.

The options at breakfast were a little limited, but breakfast was still fantastic. The aircon in our room wasn't the best - the room never fully cooled to a comfortable temperature, but there was a heatwave during our stay.

The staff at this hotel were lovely and so friendly! We enjoyed staying out of the hub of Venice itself, and it was very convenient with the train station being across the road. The room was lovely, modern, and very spacious. We were able to do a late checkout for a fee, which helped us immensely because we had an evening flight.

Excellent room. Italian staff extremely helpful to me especially as I am profoundly deaf. There was no issue storing our luggage in hotel after checking out as we were attending the Super Cup Spurs v Paris St Germain in Udine later in the day and returning to hotel to pick up our luggage on following day.

I went from hotel to hotel with my brother early in the morning asking for an early check-in, and nobody helped. But the staff here helped us quickly, and we didn’t face any problems. Excellent hotel in the suburbs of Venice. Has its own parking. Maybe a little old, but they maintain comfort and cleanliness at a high level. The room was clean, no complaints. Breakfast, as for Italy, is simply magnificent! We will come back again if the occasion arises.

Ideal for a morning flight from Venice Marco Polo airport. Straight over the road from the train station and the airport bus leaves just next to the train station. Double glazing makes for a quiet night. Very happy and would stay there again.

Staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I was able to check in early and check out late, which made things much more convenient for early morning arrival and late departure. The restaurant was well organised; thanks to Lucia and Ana for their attention to detail and always being welcoming. Location is ideal for accessing the train station. 10 minute train journey gets you to Venice.

A bit noisy at night since the hotel is on the corner of the streets on the public bus routes. A bit long hallway covered with carpet to carry a suitcase to the elevator. The two elevators were quite small compared to the number of hotel rooms on each floor. Very close to the Mestre train station and a public bus stop, but must take a bus or train to get to Venezia; it takes some time; the bus from or to Venezia was always crowded.

Good location, just across the street from the main train station and also a bus stop. Very friendly staff. Was able to buy a Venezia one-day or two-day ticket. Don't need to pay for Venezia Pass for the weekend since the hotel is listed as a hotel within Venezia. The room and the bathroom was kind of spacious.

The location right across from the rail station is perfect for rail travellers. It is also easy to take the train into Venice proper from there for the day. AC was working overtime while I was there and seemed to keep up (34C outside). Breakfast was excellent.

The bread was not top quality nor entirely fresh at breakfast.

The corner room with two windows was excellent. The hotel could not have been much closer to Venice-Mestre Railway Station. The breakfast was very good. Natural and sparkling water could be collected from taps in the breakfast room.
