The lobby and breakfast area is quite old, breakfast was not special, not various choice.

The room was quite new, tidy. Hotel has garage but there are limited number of places. Good for short stay.

Towels were questionable. Parking was very difficult in the garage, the spaces were very small.

Room itself was clean. There was no noise at night, we could sleep peacefully.

We were somehow surprised about the location since several reviews rated the the location relatively very high! However, we thank the team for the welcoming attitude.

We didnt get the room like was on the picture. We complained about the room because the place above our heads was all scratched. They said we already got upgraded room (the scratched one) and that room we reserve (on the picture) is even worse. Its your fault that your room doesnt look like on the picture.

Some of the drying pans were a bit old and scratched, with non-stick pans we need to be careful what with the PFAS they contain. A bit of salt and pepper or a pot of herbs for the kitchen would have been welcome, but that's being a little bit picky.

Very friendly staff. Well connected by buses, we came by ferry from Rovinj, so this was very useful. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The beds were exceptionally comfortable - we were given a hotel appartment instead of the room we'd originally booked, as the room had a problem; at no extra cost.

Shower cubicle very small; wake-up service did not materialise. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Location close to location for work; along the street there are various shops, cafe's, supermarket, ATM nearby. Early morning (04.00) taxi to Trieste airport ordered by hotel (72 Euro) on time. Staff spoke perfect English. Frontdesk 24h for very late arrivals. Prices minibar acceptable.

We arrived very late after midnight and the check in is until 23:00. They made sure we have a stuff member waiting for us. They were super nice and helpful!

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-furnished — everything felt cozy and comfortable. We were traveling with our dog, and everything went smoothly, which we really appreciated 🐶 The neighborhood felt a little sketchy in the evening, so we didn’t explore much after dark, but inside the hotel everything was absolutely fine. Overall, a very nice experience!

Clean rooms, we got an upgrade from economy to comfort room. The staff were very polite and showed us where the garaže is because they didn't have parking available.

The room felt quite tired. This was on the 5th floor, but I believe the rooms on lower floors may have been refurbished. Parking was quite a challenge. It's not possible to reserve a place, so I was grateful that a space was available but it was extremely difficult to get in and out of.

Checking-in process was very slick. Staff were very friendly.
