No one answered the door when we arrived. Luckily, we went to the hotel next door and called their number and the host answered and let us in. That was the only issue we had with the hotel. fYI- Breakfast is now included.

Most spacious room we had in our 3-city trip to Italy. Clean sheets and towels provided.

Noticed a little fresh mold on the shower grout.

Location was excellent. The room was quiet and felt safe. Overall cleanliness was good. A small room with a bed and bathroom. A place to lay your head and rest.

The biggest advantage is the location. The room could do with a bit of renovation, there is mold in the bathroom and overall a very strong airfreshner smell. No communication before check-in at all. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check-out which was nice.

There was a kettle and coffee machine (with a capsules), but in the room they didn't leave any cups nor glasses to make coffee or even drink water. Also no shampoo, just 60 ml shower gel for 2 adults. This was our last night in Italy, so it was sad not to get a proper shower before a flight nor to have a quick coffee in the morning.

Location was perfect - in the city center, but still quiet. They let us to leave our luggage before check in time.

BUT they use a plug-in air freshener (I couldn't find it - I think it was behind the bed but I couldn't move it) that was so strong I had to leave the windows open and had to wash my sleep clothes twice to get the smell out! Sweet, floral, and RIDICULOUSLY strong!

Not much room in the combined toilet and bathroom.

Location was fantastic... two minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and all the restaurants and cafes. The room was quite spacious and functional for our needs.

The smell of air freshener was very strong and gave me a bit of a headache, I couldn't seem to get rid of it even with the window open, but also I know I am extra sensitive to this so might not be an issue for other people/

Great location !! perfect for a 1 x night stay/ stopover because the location is INSANE!!! basically on top of the Trevi fountain, so if you want to be walking distance to all the sights on a quick trip to Rome it is great. Kaci (the manager) was so helpful, she offered me an espresso and gave me gelato and restaurant recommendations when I went to speak with her. Always available on whatsapp if there was any issues - she was great!

There is no reception. You should contact someone by phone for information.

The location is great for tourists. It is right next to the Trevi Fountain. It could be crowded during the day. There were no huge signs for the apartment, just a small text next to the entrance. It's a good place to stay in terms of location and price.

Booking.com advertises it as a self catering apartment with a kitchen, but it was not. There were paper cups for coffee and a mini bar fridge. The photo's of the accommodation is misleading.

The location is great. Literally around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. It was easy to find and lovely restaurants around to choose from. The bathrooms are newly renovated and clean. Rina, the host, was very accommodating and kind.

Wifi was a little weak

Very close to the trevi fountain and walking distance to almost all tourist spots! Clean, comfortable room. Staff is very kind, allowed us to store our luggage the day of check in until our room was ready.

30 metres from Trevi Fountain and easy to walk to all attractions. Many fabulous restaurants such as Pizza in Trevi. Rena the owner made us feel really welcome from the start and was very kind and generous . Her hospitality was amazing.

At first a little difficult to find and to check-in but once we sorted that out the stay has been really good. Showers did have some mold, could do with a slightly better clean there, otherwise the rooms were clean.

LOCATION! just around the corner from main attractions/ restaurants - very convenient. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage at the apartment until our room was ready, which was very helpful.

The host was nice and the location was very close to Trevi Fountain and other attractions. We were able to walk everywhere since the weather was good.
