SwitzerlandA/C was not working well, I opened the window as it was not warm night outside. There is no ironing board and iron in the room.
I had a great stay at Bes Hotel Bergamo West. The facilities were very good and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Parking was convenient – free in the open area, and only €2 for secured garage parking, which was very reasonable. I also appreciated the flexibility with check-out time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even better. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel

LatviaI could hear the neighbors in the next room so the walls are pretty thin I suppose. I was missing an omelette for breakfast and somehow my cappuccino was not very tasty.
The staff members were very polite and helpful and everything was clean. The room was quite big and comfortable for 1 person, even for two persons that size of a room would be good. I liked the location of hotel especially because it is very close distance from Bergamo airport.

MaltaThe breakfast to be honest, the options offered on paper would be good but certain items are issued rarely and far in between like, for example, pan cakes at the middle table which were served once, patrons literally attacked them, plate was empty within minutes and when I asked the staff for some more as my kids wanted a couple I was told they did not plan to do more. Also scrambled eggs were served on our first morning but then only boiled eggs for the rest of the stay, when I asked why I was told there were too many people to expect scrambled eggs?! The guy at the creperie is incredibly slow, every time I went to order one he told me had an order before me (the most he ever had was 2 crepes) and that it would take him a while to do mine, also he never had any of the ingredients listed on the menu (he only had nutella, jam and banana whilst the menu provided a lot of alternatives) and on the last day he told me it would take more than 30 minutes as he needed to do the crepe mix as he had none left! The fresh orange juice machine is out of order, and it seems it has been for a while as when I asked the staff about it they looked puzzled also when then I asked for the cartoon orange type orange juice I was told they only serve blood orange juice?!
Check in was very easy and fast, the two adjoining rooms were great as the kids had their own room yet we could keep control of them since we had the common door within the room. Hotel was very clean and very ample parking spaces with a fair selection of free spaces or else a nominal €2 per night fee if you want to park your car in the covered parking.

PolandHotel is located close to the busy road. It was ok with closed window though. Room lacked some cups or glasses. Price was a little high for my liking. I would add disabled parking spot next to the entrance, because using main parking that requires some stairs to get to is far from ideal.
There are many advantages of this hotel. It is located close to Bergamo Airport, so it is good base for sightseeing if you have a car. The staff does great job, they are friendly, work fast and they managed to fulfill our requests excelently. Our room was clean and equipped correctly. Bathroom was quite spacious and it served well for a person with walking difficulties. Breakfast was also tasty and the choice was quite rich. They even opened breakfast for us 15 minutes early, when we had to leave for morning flight.

We arrived late and the hotel is ideally located just 15 minutes drive from Bergamo Airport and easily accessible. Parking is free and drinks and snacks are available in a small bar. The bedroom was immaculate, quiet ad comfortable, A lovely choice of cold and hot foods for breakfast.

United KingdomAs a person with severe food allergies, it would have been helpful to have food allergens present in the buffet breakfast either displayed alongside each item or listed in an easily available document for reference.
Our stay was as a result of an unscheduled flight cancellation, so Bes Hotel's close proximity to Bergamo Airport was very convenient. The bedroom and facilities were modern, very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Staff were very helpful during our stay, particularly when we needed to print off new boarding passes for our rescheduled flight, which were initially not accessible on Ryanair's Mobile App. As a person with severe food allergies, a member of breakfast staff helped advise on possible safe choices, though these were very limited because of potential cross contamination; soya milk was provided as a milk alternative.

we had a connected family room, with 2 bathrooms, very comfortable. good side of bathroom. the breakfast is very good and staff is very friendly. air-condition works fine. we parked our car at outside, no issue at all. you can find good resteraurnts within 5 mins driving distance, close to Bergamo, and we stayed here for the Monza F1 weekend.

Free real orange juice in breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Close to "Ponto san Pietro" train station from where we traveled to Como and Milan - currently train is not working from Bergamo center. Helping staff.
