The cleanliness could’ve been better as we’ve found a few long, dark hairs around the room.

Nice location close to the lake. The breakfast was really amazing with lots of choice - though it would’ve been nice to have things labelled as a bit difficult to tell what some things were.

Air conditioning was loud. Hotel parking got full very quickly, luckily there was free parking along the side road, But not ideal.

If I had to mention a few negatives: the shower space is a bit small, so it felt a little cramped. Also, I arrived late at night and there was nobody at the reception, plus no available parking. I had to park blocking another car.

Breakfast was by far the highlight of the hotel! They offer everything! Seafood, sausages, pork and beef cold cuts, fresh fruit, yoghurt and lots of more stuff. Truly an incredible spread! The room was good, but not particularly remarkable.

The location - although there are quite a few hotels about, not many restaurants or shops. €15-20 for a taxi to Desanzano. Buses but unreliable every hour. But good if you can catch one! Still lovely to be by the lake but you may spend more than expected on taxis.

Staff were very friendly and helpful- room was a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Loads of choice. Good views from the rooftop hot tubs. Nice pool area.

In my opinion, the hotel is best for guests arriving by car. In cooler months, the bike hire is a great option to get around, but if you rely on public transport in the heat (August), buses don’t always run to time. A supermarket is 10min walk away, and a nice neighbourhood pizza restaurant as well. Restaurant options are easier to get to if travelling by car.

Well kept hotel, very clean. Rooftop terrace with two whirlpools and the swimming pool in the garden both very inviting after a day of exploring the region. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of different foods. Bikes can be hired from the hotel. Bus line LN026 stops in walking distance.

A few hot choices for breakfast would be nice. Maybe just warm eggs (eggs were cold) and bacon? Too many dessert options for breakfast but maybe they prefer sweet to savoury for breakfast in Italy?

Great location, lovely staff and generally a pretty little hotel. Rooftop terrace offered nice view. Nice touch to offer complimentary snacks with drinks. Loved the renovated snd clean family rooms!

No fridge in the room. The bathroom is a little outdated, though everything works well.

Great and polite staff, very comfortable bed and pillows, clean room. The swimming pool is very nice, big enough to swim or play in it. Super various breakfast. The AC made perfect temperature in the room, without any noise.

Could be a bit cramped round the pool late afternoon

Nice air conditioned room with balcony. Short walk to restaurants in Rivoltella. Pool area with sunbeds. Garage parking. Nice food and friendly staff. Overall good value.
