The room is noisy due to the noise coming from cars on the road just right next to the room. It disturbed by sleep because cars start to pass by around 4:00-4:30 AM, so I always wake up in the wee hours. I would suggest that they should put sound insulator. Guest should also use earplugs.

The room faces the lake so we had a good view of the mountain. It is affordable and the staff are friendly.

The room was not so clean. I know that it is only a one * Hotel but it could had been more cleaner anyways. We also had a very strong smell of mildew in our room. The breakfast was ok

I wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper, as it is on a main road and can get a bit loud.

The room was clean and had a view of the lake! The hotel had a cute courtyard as well, and the breakfast provided was simple but good! The staff was very kind and the bus stop was right outside the hotel which was great!

We didn't have a car so we relied on buses to get around. Be prepared for long wait time especially in the evenings and weekends.

The bed was so comfortable, and the cleaners kept the facilities cleaned and were diligent in giving the place a refresh. TV was great. The breakfast was fine and I really appreciated them making coffee for us. WiFi was fantastic. The views were great.

The room wasn't very soundproof and the hotel it's just by the main road so the cars passing by were very audible at night, however earplugs were provided.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff was really kind and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the location was perfect to visit the lake Como and the surroundings.

Could do with more kitchen utensils and as there is no air con if you have windows open mosquito’s come in from the lake and trees so TAKE repellent or a plug in repellent as none provided and it’s really needed

The room stank horribly, the air conditioning didn't work, the room was not very clean. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and the toilet was dirty. Cleanliness is a big disadvantage here.

Loved the location, free parking available and the breakfast was delicious. It was a quick walk down to the lake. In our room our earplugs were waiting for us as the air conditioning didn't work and we had to sleep with the balcony open. The windows overlooked the lake but there was also a noisy road below the room. Highly recommends a visit to Pizzeria Il Sagittario. It's a long walk, but well worth it. The main thing is to wait for your turn to sit down and make an order

We arrived at 16:00, were supposed to settle in and go on business, but we had to wait 30 minutes at the reception because our room was not ready. Also, in other comments, they write about the terrible noise insulation, and that’s right, it’s very terrible, I couldn’t sleep at all during the whole night and no earplugs will save me here, there are huge gaps in the windows that let in the sound of cars that constantly drive by the hotel
