Other than the two chairs at the dining table, there is no where else to sit.

Clean and well appointed efficiency style apartment; still smells like new. The place is within walking distance from the train station and pretty much everywhere else you would want to go. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in vicinity of the apartment. Above all, our host Alda, was exceptional.

The only thing is the elevator was super slow, but actually the stairs are not that bad if you need to go up.

Basically everything was perfect! We rented three rooms, and each room has enough space for us to stay together to have dinner together. We really had a very good time there and felt safe for our rental car. We were five adults with two kids, the walls are thick enough without hearing any noise as well!

This property is in the perfect location if you’re taking the Bernina express (or even just visiting Tirano). The host was communicative and very friendly and it was a seamless process getting into the room. The room itself was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay, including a washing machine and kitchen appliances if you want to cook. Highly recommend!

Pay attention which floor you book. The picture in the website is misleading. We thought we booked 3 floor but our apartment was on the ground floor. We stayed one night and that was OK. However if you plan longer stay check at the reception.

It was convenient, very moderne and clean. The person on the reception was very kind and responsive ! All our needs were fulfilled We were allowed to leave our luggage in a storage room as we departed in the afternoon. This was excellent !

Literally the only thing I didn't like was the bed was too hard for me, but that's a personal preference, oh and couldn't get air con to work - User error no doubt! Maybe some instructions would help. Didn't affect our stay.

Great little stop over ready for Bernina Express route the following morning. 5 min walk away from station. Lovely apartment and as we were backpacking, a good opportunity to wash clothes, washing machine in apartment, driers at laundry 2 mins walk away. Really surprised at choice of restaurants nearby, fab. Took a quick walk to local bakery for pastries in the morning, lovely.

The property was conveniently located between the train station and the bus station so that I could catch the bus to Lecco after arriving the day before on the Bernina express. The property had a washer and plenty of space to hang clothes, with spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpful and made things easy for me to check in early.

The key code was given by phone text. If you don't have a phone, it will be a little difficult to communicate with the host. Because there is no receptionist to greet you....

Safe, near the train station, and the conversation with the host was on point. There is an A/C, refrigerator, and a kitchen available, which is good for a long stay.
