There is almost nothing to complain about. The bed linen were made of polyester, this wouldn't be my personal choice. But otherwise nothing to complain about.

If you are travelling with Bernina Express, there could hardly be a better location, than this hotel. You can see the train from the window, waiting for you, it takes 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the platform. Many nice restaurants around. Picking up the keys was a piece of cake. The owner is very friendly, polite and helpful. They kindly sent us the forgotten items per post after our departure. The small kitchen was practically equipped and full of all possible supplies, so you can have a nice breakfast

No air con - a fan is provided. Don’t expect a luxury stay but for the price, it’s good.

The location!! As I was only in Tirano for the Bernina Express this location was ideal, only seconds away from the station. However, it’s also on a lovely square with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Easy to walk to different parts of the town to explore. The fridge was well packed and the bottles of water were particularly appreciated. The shower worked well.

We came for one night to travel Bernina Express and the apartment was just perfect for us. It is really close to the railway station. The apartment was clean and well equipped. For breakfast we had different food in the fridge to choose and water for free. The place is really worth to recommend both for one night and longer stay 😊

The bed sheets could have been better - white cottons would have been good.

Very easy access to central Tirano and especially great for taking the Bernina Express to Chur! Provisions for breakfast were amazingly good but we had to leave by 7.15am, so just grabbed a few things to eat on the train - thanks, very helpful!

Brilliantly located only metres from the Bernina rail station and contained everything we needed while travelling through Italy and onto Switzerland. Washing machine, dryer, and food for breakfast. It’s right next to a selection of bars and restaurants too.

The location was great, the bed was big and comfortable and, even though in a central location, it was quiet at night. We particularly appreciated all the food provided for breakfast/snacks.

There is no air-conditioning and windows need to be closed at night for noise, privacy and bugs.

The apartment was adjacent to the station, so very convenient for arriving and departing by train, including the Bernina Express. The spacious bathroom included a washing machine and dryer. A basic breakfast was provided. The bed was comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.

The apartment was just slightly smaller than we would have preferred but certainly not a problem given all the property's other advantages & in particular, the most convenient location. (Australian Couple - Early May 2025)

The location was EXCELLENT for train travellers wishing to overnight in Tirano (ie the panoramic Bernina Express Rail Journey - Chur to Tirano) as the accommodation is situatated in the Railway Station Square. Communication with host, Asim, very prompt & always helpful. Access to the apartment was via an easy self Check-In arrangement & a lift. The apartment was comfortable. clean, nicely furnished & very well stocked with all essentials + good Wifi, very quiet + view. Comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. A great selection of breakfast options available in the fridge etc. It was also within walking distance of the 'old town'. The overall convenience really enhanced our 1 night stay. No tea towels to wipe up the dishes which was hopefully just an oversight.

Great location right at the train station. Easy self check in. Apartment provided everything including free breakfast and snacks. Appliances all worked well. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the washer and dryer but would definitely have done so on a multi night stay.

When we arrived all of our towels were damp as well as the sheets. No problem, we just threw them in the dryer, but a lot of items had begun to smell from being wet too long :/

The location was unbeatable! Right outside the train station and nestled within the valley of beautiful mountain. So gorgeous! Check in was easy, the stocked food was perfect, we had a great breakfast, the host communicated very well and overall it was a pleasant stay. Nice to wash a bit of clothes as we are traveling for 3 months.

Great location. Initially hard to find, was looking for a large signed hotel, not a small door tucked in between fast food outlet and underground parking entrance.
