Excellent location, walking distance to all the main attractions. It’s located down a quiet side street just off of a main street, but I felt very safe walking to/from the hotel early morning/night (solo female). The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was perfect.

The alley that leads to the hotel has some bad smell due to some late night drunkards peeing on the road. But that is a problem all around Venice. The hotel itself is very nice.

This hotel was really nice. It is located in an alley just beside the main road. Very near to the water bus station. The receptionists were very nice and they greet their guests whenever they meet. We loved this gesture. They even warned us about the pickpocket issue in Venice. This shows that they care about their guests. The rooms are expensive than usual but had all the required facilities. The Air condition was in working condition. I did not see any elevator in the property.

Just when you get to the place your heart falls because it’s so shabby at the front desk, but the rooms are nothing like that.

I liked how clean and modern room and bathroom were. They obviously put money into it. AC worked great, water pressure good and hot hot water. Great breakfast too! Great location in the heart of the city!

The location is close to the bridge Rialto, the room was very clean, the staff was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for waterbus stops and other major sites like Rialto Bridge, St.Marco Square and connections to Murano. Shopping facilities in close vicinity. Welcoming, helpful and hospitable staff who made my daughter and I feel at home. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here, if I ever visit again.

The reception desk worker is one of the sweetest and most professional people I have ever met. She showed us where to go, where to eat in Venice and overall was very very helpful. The room was clean, it was in the second floor, there was no dampness. The towels were very clean and changed everyday!!

The bathroom is relatively small but not a big deal for 1-2 persons, we are family of 3.

Great location with walking distance to take ferry or anywhere on the mainland, cafes/restaurants just around the hotel. The staff are nice and helpful, even after check-out, as we requested invoice the day after.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, the location was very central, just off the main walking street and grand canal with a convenient water taxi stop nearby. Restaurants right outside the door and a shopping piazza at the end of the alley way. There was no elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor but staff offered to help with our suitcases. We had a fabulous stay!

Excellent location - a few minutes walk from everywhere. Staff was super friendly and nice, and late check-in was available (we checked in around 11pm). Room was spacious and super clean.
