The hotel, staff and food were awesome. A particular shout out to Marco and Alexdendro. They were so attentive and gave outstanding service. All the staff there were very good. The chef also does an amazing omelette for breakfast too.

Excellent breakfast, Excellent hotel, their staff is amassing. Hotel owners taking such a good care of all guests. Ski in/out, ski room, shuttle to the ski center and restaurants. Spa facility was very clean and provided much needed relieve after a day on the slopes. Great restaurant at the hotel too.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had panoramic windows with a fantastic view of the mountains and valley. United StatesIt would be nice to have some lighted, common space early in the morning (like 5:30 am) so early risers have a place to hang out and not wake others staying in the same room. Plus, a dedicated quiet work space for zoom calls would allow us to stay longer during non-holidays (to make remote work possible).
Absolutely gorgeous design. Alessandro and Nicolette are the best hosts ever. We’ve stayed all over the Alps and in North American resorts, and Bergman is hands down the best! You will not get better service anywhere.

IsraelThe jacuzzi in the room is rather noisy. One of the tv sets did not have Crome cast properly set up. The bathroom door did not lock. On Xmas dinner, the waiter asked us to leave shortly after we finished dining, without telling before the time limits of the table. The location is pretty far from the bus station or ski lasses (but the personnel drove us to and from those locations).
The owners are extremely helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. The staff shared rental links and passes, explained how things work, and drove us to and from equipment rental and school. The spa has a good sauna and jacuzzi outside. TV sets have chrome cast.
