Alessandro, his wife and all other staff members were above exceptional!! - Always helpful and everything they do is done with a big smile. Hotel is well located on the slopes and facilities are very nice and clean. Would definitely come back.

The hotel, staff and food were awesome. A particular shout out to Marco and Alexdendro. They were so attentive and gave outstanding service. All the staff there were very good. The chef also does an amazing omelette for breakfast too.

Internet signal was rather spotty

Excellent breakfast, Excellent hotel, their staff is amassing. Hotel owners taking such a good care of all guests. Ski in/out, ski room, shuttle to the ski center and restaurants. Spa facility was very clean and provided much needed relieve after a day on the slopes. Great restaurant at the hotel too.

We liked and enjoyed everything about the property. It’s privately owned by A & N. They were wonderful hosts and their staff was also very friendly. Their attention to detail, decor, location, their wellness center (spa, sauna, jacuzzi, pool with jets), restaurant, recommendations etc You just have to come visit to experience it yourselves 👌🏻 Grazie Mille for hosting us 🙏🏻

Our week at Hotel Bergman in Breuil-Cervinia provided us with an unforgettable experience. The service is top-notch, and the staff did everything to make our stay perfect. Our room was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had panoramic windows with a fantastic view of the mountains and valley. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful surroundings.

It would be nice to have some lighted, common space early in the morning (like 5:30 am) so early risers have a place to hang out and not wake others staying in the same room. Plus, a dedicated quiet work space for zoom calls would allow us to stay longer during non-holidays (to make remote work possible).

Absolutely gorgeous design. Alessandro and Nicolette are the best hosts ever. We’ve stayed all over the Alps and in North American resorts, and Bergman is hands down the best! You will not get better service anywhere.

Breakfast choices a bit limited but good quality.

Great hotel, ski in and out, owners Alessandro and Nicoletta were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help, dinners and choice of wines excellent. Clean, comfortable. Spa good, nice outside jacuzzi. Great terrace with comfortable seating and lovely views. Help with skiing locale and conditions on a daily basis.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was just too perfect

We liked the location, the look and feel of the hotel, the privacy and intimacy it afforded us and the people around us. The food ooh my! The comfort and openness of our room,the view and the effort plus the decor detail. Most importantly it felt like a family affair and nice interaction with the owners and the staff. Well done guys your hotel is world class, still not sure about its rating it really deserves 10* rating.

We had the best experience in this lovely hotel. We stayed here during our ski vacation and everything(!) was perfect - the staff, the architecture, the ambience. We sure will come back there!

The jacuzzi in the room is rather noisy. One of the tv sets did not have Crome cast properly set up. The bathroom door did not lock. On Xmas dinner, the waiter asked us to leave shortly after we finished dining, without telling before the time limits of the table. The location is pretty far from the bus station or ski lasses (but the personnel drove us to and from those locations).

The owners are extremely helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. The staff shared rental links and passes, explained how things work, and drove us to and from equipment rental and school. The spa has a good sauna and jacuzzi outside. TV sets have chrome cast.
