The walls were thin but the neighbours weren’t too loud so it wasn’t really an issue. There was only 2 packets of shower gel for the two of us so it would have been better if there were more. The windows were covered up in metal so no natural light but there was a pub outside our room so perhaps thats why.

It wasn’t too far away from everything, there was a Chinese restaurant across the road, bus stops were really close but we decided to just walk everywhere, the bed was very comfortable and the room/bathroom was very big.

The rooms aren’t soundproofed. The doors and walls were really bad quality. Everytime somebody would go out of their room, I woke up because they slammed the door. There was a lady next door that I think was the property owner that talked a lot over the phone and we heard everything, all day long. Also they would eat in the kitchen when it clearly says that it is not allowed to eat after 7pm.

The property was good. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Modern bathroom.

Our room’s window had a shutter on that could not be rolled up, I guess because next us was a bistro located, however it would have been nice to let in some fresh air once in a while.

We could not tell the hotel we are looking for. The name of the hotel was different from the website, hotel sign was different and too small to notice. The pictures were not updated. There was not updated pictures to find the key as it was seen in instructions (e.g. no flowers near the key boxes). Except the sign problem and updated picture problems, the hotel was peaceful, and clean.

The room and kitchen look a bit worse(older) in real life than they are on pictures. Then there was blue light in the bedroom, mold in the bathroom, weird rule about no cooking after 7 pm. The location is not bad, but during the weekend buses were not that often - every 20 minutes.

Very quiet and powerful air conditioner, comfortable bed, no noises during the night. Check in process was very efficient.

In the kitchen weren't any cups just two plastic cups, when I made tea into the cup it was kind of destroyed by the heat.

Mostly I liked the communication with the owner. He was super nice and always texted back when I asked about something. Hotel is close to a bus stop so location isn't that bad. I was surprised that there is a kitchen (for everyone). Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had great time in Bergamo because of this accomodation too. I hope we will go back soon. I really recommend it. Thank you 😊

There’s a lot of noise at night

The walls were like paper: we were able to hear almost everything from other rooms. Luckily our company was quite quiet and calm, and earplugs can really make a difference. The microwave didn’t work.

The appartment was very clean and clearly sanitazed. Comfy beds, nice clean bathroom. Clean sheets. Compact shared kitchen. The other people sleeping there were nice and quiet. Check-in was easy and the host was amazing.

there’s just lot of noise which comes in the morning when people wake up or walk around the windows . so you’d be forced to wake up early

I liked everything about the property . rooms clean, TV, C and anything else you’d need was available .
