We want to explain that requesting a photo of both the front and back of an ID document is a mandatory procedure for registration and security purposes, as required by Italian law for all accommodation facilities. If the document is incomplete or unreadable, we are obliged to invalidate access until we receive the correct documentation. The room access code is then changed accordingly to ensure the security of the property and other guests. We understand that this may have caused significant inconvenience, but our priority is always to adhere to current regulations and ensure a safe environment for everyone. We are, however, available to discuss the matter further to better understand what happened and how we can improve communication in the future. Kind regards

The structure is part of a building in the city center and unfortunately it was not possible to find an alternative solution to the entrance stairs. We also point out that in the common room dedicated to our guests inside the structure, it is possible to leave your luggage even before the check-in hour and you have also received our communication regarding this availability.
