Best location by far. 5 minutes from Ufizzi and ponte vecchio. The most amazing location, around the corner from all of the crowds, yet quiet and peaceful. Great local Pizza restaurant 20m across the road. Might be a little more expensive than usual but so worthwhile.

Excellent location Huge bed & lovely bathroom

Although the bed was huge the room was pretty small and not much room to lay out a case - however given it’s in central Florence I think the room itself is very good!

The bedroom was so small we were tripping over the cases as no where to put them. No lift and had to carry two heavy suitcases up three flights of steps

The room was very contemporary and nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was great.

Check in was a little odd. You have to check with the person in the cafe below the Benci House rooms in order to obtain the key.

Great location, great decor

Perfect location, beautiful interiors, super comfy bed. Easy check in. Coffee and water facilities were great. The room is decorated tastefully. They even provide bathrobes, slippers and all the toiletries/vanity kit you might need.

Room is a bit small on floor space but with the high ceilings it doesn’t feel cramped. Only feedback is that the air conditioner is next to the window, so if you need to draw the curtains close the cold air won’t really flow into the room. Fridge doesn’t get that cold, it’s very hot when you open the cupboard where it’s located so might be due to circulation.

Benci House is a little Boutiquespot with designerrooms in a perfect location. Lots of sightseeing spots are in walking distance. Places to grab food or a vino to go are just around the corner. You can grab espresso and water throughout the day in the entryroom. We arrived by car and Alessandra helped with parking the car in the parking garage nearby. We really had a perfect stay in florence.

Interesting updated decor but difficult—knocked our head on vertical wood beams that were part of woodsy decor. Aesthetically pleasing. Great location in Florence. Coffee and cappuccino any time of day or night.

Rooms were very dark, hard to get enough light to see to dress and move around. Bathroom had a make-up mirror with a light but was broken and could not adjust angle.

In this day of phones, iPad's, computers, these rooms need more USB ports and electric outlets.

Amazing location, very clean, staff super friendly, beautiful decoration.

Air conditioner was not easy to turn on and internet was very unstable and did not work in the room. We werr there for only 2 days and there wasn’t enough time to be fixed. Not an ideal place if the guest has any mobility issues since there are a few steps to be climbed with bags.

The location is excellent, very central. Alessandra was very responsive to all our inquiries and very welcoming. There is one flight of stairs to the guesthouse. The rooms are rather small, but that is to be expected given the location. Very good bed, and very good water pressure in the shower.

The a/c is only turned on in June when it gets really hot. Opening the windows is ok in the mornings but in the evening the smell from the steakhouses in the area will waft in. Our fridge did not work. Last but most importantly, the music from a nearby bar was very loud and thumping and it only stopped at 4am.
