Best location by far. 5 minutes from Ufizzi and ponte vecchio. The most amazing location, around the corner from all of the crowds, yet quiet and peaceful. Great local Pizza restaurant 20m across the road. Might be a little more expensive than usual but so worthwhile.

Check in was a little odd. You have to check with the person in the cafe below the Benci House rooms in order to obtain the key.

Room is a bit small on floor space but with the high ceilings it doesn’t feel cramped. Only feedback is that the air conditioner is next to the window, so if you need to draw the curtains close the cold air won’t really flow into the room. Fridge doesn’t get that cold, it’s very hot when you open the cupboard where it’s located so might be due to circulation.

Perfect location, beautiful interiors, super comfy bed. Easy check in. Coffee and water facilities were great. The room is decorated tastefully. They even provide bathrobes, slippers and all the toiletries/vanity kit you might need.

Benci House is a little Boutiquespot with designerrooms in a perfect location. Lots of sightseeing spots are in walking distance. Places to grab food or a vino to go are just around the corner. You can grab espresso and water throughout the day in the entryroom. We arrived by car and Alessandra helped with parking the car in the parking garage nearby. We really had a perfect stay in florence.

Air conditioner was not easy to turn on and internet was very unstable and did not work in the room. We werr there for only 2 days and there wasn’t enough time to be fixed. Not an ideal place if the guest has any mobility issues since there are a few steps to be climbed with bags.

Excellent location near Santa Croce area. Room was really modern and finished to high standards. Alessandra was really helpful in assisting us with any queries we had and was always available to answer. Staff at breakfast bar were really nice and kind, lovely people to serve you breakfast each morning :)

Wi-Fi connection was bad. The noise from the bar next to the guest house at late night.

Outstanding location, perfectly situated for the major attractions. Accommodation was excellent, clean, interesting and comfortable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Benci House for those visiting central Florence.

Location is amazing. Right in the middle of everything. Room was super comfy, more on the small side, but expected for Firenze. And Alessandra was very very helpful with all our questions and needs. Definitely stay there when in Florence.

There was a learning curve required to learn how to adjust the heat of the water when we had to take a shower. It was tricky to get the right temperature. The Internet connection in the room was also not consistent, while in the lobby area, it wasn't a problem at all.

Great location. Parking garage available close by for a daily fee, great guidance by host on how to get there. Coffee, water and cookies available at the common area shared by the few rooms. Breakfast downstairs included. Great decor.

If you struggle with mobility, there are a few steps to the apartment.

The location is perfect. The lounge area and room decorated beautifully. Spacious, cosy and tasteful. Soft bathrobes, nice shower gel, free coffee and marshmallows… such excellent little touches that make all the difference.

I think the room and bathroom were a bit dark even when all the lights were on. Difficult when you need to do your make up. And if your suitcase is a bit heavy, it is a bit difficult to take it up or down as there is not lift as is an old building.

Location was perfect as i already knew the area. My friend liked the breakfast.

Maybe just the stairs if you have a lot to carry with you. Though breakfast could be provided at Moyo, it serves from 8am (9am for hot dishes like the eggs) only.

The decor was very nice. Sofia was very responsive to messages and made very flexible check-in and out arrangements. The location is central which makes sightseeing pretty easy, there are lots of good restaurants nearby too. The breakfast served downstairs at Moyo was great.
