The pool couldn't be used due to a storm in the two days before I arrived. I know that can't be helped, but it was disappointing that they hadn't been able to have it cleaned. Room 126 was very dated, the window opened onto a fire escape, and the bathroom was extremely dated, with the shower just a trickle and the flush sticking. The bathroom was very very dated and actually was a tiny wet room from the 60's.

I was greeted by a lovely lady who went above and beyond to show me where my room was, how the key card worked and helped me with an adaptor as the wall plugs have now changed to three pin sockets and I only had the standard 2 pin EU adaptor. The hotel is very quirky, with doors that are gloss green and gloss red, very French Italian. The location is perfect for heading into Sirmione, and there's a shuttle that stops just around the corner, €2 each way. The lake front is also just a short walk away.

Breakfast was a disappointment. By 9:00, almost everything was gone, the coffee machine was broken, there was no juice, and even forks, spoons, and knives were missing.

Very good location, close to amenities. 2 mins from the lake and bus stop for shuttle bus into the old town and towards Verona. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was lovely.

The staff prepared the breakfast every day VERY loudly, so the whole first floor would b awake from 7 am - we tried to speak to them about it, then if got better a LITTLE. The rooms were rather small an some of them did not have appropriate shower, only a curtain.

Great location, possibility to rent bikes and motorcycles. Very nice pool in the private garden, excellent breakfast.

Room was very small, bathroom very basic, bed was pretty hard. Internet was extremely patchy.

Staff are wonderful, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool is clean with towel hire available. Breakfast is great with plenty of tasty choices. The location is walking distance to the water, a bus stop and plenty of restaurants and shops are nearby. The hotel also has bike and scooters available for hire. Friday night market is right outside too!

Very thin walls, we could hear the conversation from the next room without any problem. Also was a bit noisy in the room because of the main street.

Whole place is dated and our 2 rooms like student accommodation - very basic. Not worth the money as it was a lot for a 1 or 2 star hotel

Not the most modern rooms, but this can be seen on the images.

Very good location with a close-by bus to the old town. The owner was very kind. There is even a garden with a pool and free parking. Very good value for money.
