ArgentinaThe stay at Belvedere was very welcoming. The location is incredible, right in the middle of the mountains. The family who runs it is very kind, attentive to every detail, and the food and service they provide are excellent. The room was even nicer than in the photo.

United KingdomNot a criticism but keep in mind that it takes some time to reach the hotel so be sure to plan for that, and the roads are very narrow at points (still not a problem but it might be for some with larger vehicles)
The location and the views were fantastic. The staff was very friendly too. Also, while there was no secure parking, the location was remote and felt extremely safe.

NetherlandsIt was very nice, and I would stay again. The only comment would be that the beds were a little hard, but this is minor. There was some noise from cars and motorcycles going past and up/down the hill, but this didn’t seem noticeable after dark.
A lovely alpine place set high up, with great views down a picturesque valley. A very nice English-speaking lady checked us in, and the rooms were very clean and good value. The isolation means that the choice for meals is limited to just the hotel locally, as the town is some way down the hill. However, the food was nice and breakfast filling.

DenmarkI really want to recommend this place, but unfortunately not! I booked a room with a balcony and a large double bed. The "hotel" confirmed this, but wanted an extra 10 euro to secure the choices. No problem, I accepted. Upon arrival, I am taken to "my" room, which is a crummy, dirty room under the roof with four (4!!!) single fold-out beds ... I say to the hostess that this can't possibly be my room, because I booked and paid for something else. All of a sudden the hostess does not understand any English or German, but keeps repeating in italian that this is the last room ... WTF!!!! Tired and wet I am forced to stay there. The bed was so bad, I had to sleep on the floor. The window in the room som small that in case of a fire, I would have burned to death, as there were no fire exit from the room. I could not stand up straight by the toilet, and I am only 5 foot 7.... Offcourse they charged me for the upgrade choices I made, even though they did not deliver. It's not about the money. It's not even about the room. It's about customer focus. The "hotel" is in a stunning location, and they know that customer care does not matter, because the next idiot will show up later that day. The night between the 19th and the 20th of July 2025, I was that idiot. Don't be the next ...
