Sometimes it was hard to find a parking lot. A bit far from the lake on the hillside, but only five minutes by car.

The walk to and from the lake was down a stony pathway, it took around 25 minutes. It was fine for us, but tricky for anyone with mobility problems.

The view was beautiful, it is set high up in the hills, so a superb setting. The local beach area has plenty of space, some good restaurants as well.

The internet connection, as I needed to do some work this was problematic as the internet was far from stable. Although talking to staff, this was provider problem not a Hotel issue.

Good quality breakfast and amazing views. Sitting around at breakfast overlooking Lake Garda it was amazing as was the dinners. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very small menu. No option for kids Hotel is outdated. Needs renovating Breakfast poor.. everyday the same food, Veg and other food was poor quality We Walked to the lake through rough lanes, and ended up in camping site.

We specifically booked a room with airconditioning. When we arrived, the aircon didn't work and the room was really hot. When we asked they told us it wasn't aloud by law that the aircon was turned on.... not was it was told on the website. Eventually our room was 28 degrees and we got back to the desk and asked if it really wasn't possible to turn the aircon on and thankfully they agreed to turn in on then.

Nice hotel, friendly personnel with a stunning view and great breakfast. The rooms were fine and the bathroom was clean. Enough parking spots in front of the hotel for the time we were there.

We were not happy with restaurant services and food they offered. It is a pity, as the restaurant offered a very nice view and spending evening time there with a good food would be a lovely combination. It did not happen, as the food was of very poor quality (except for breakfast). We would recommend indicating all parking places, as it is very confusing at the arrival.

We asked to change our room, because of the smell and also the bed for one person was really uncomfortable. Next morning we were allowed to move to another, much nicer room and that was very much appreciated. Personal was nice and attentive. We liked the position of the place, and we enjoyed swimming pool.

WiFi was very poor to non-existent. Given that the phone connectivity is also poor, this hotel is not fit for business travelers. Location is Accessible only by car. With public transport it is arduous. A lot of walking needed. Even grocery etc., are a bit of a walk.

Beautiful views from the Hotel. The rooms were spacious. It had an electric kettle as well. Bed was comfortable. A lovely Balcony as well. The Pool was nice! Breakfast was good. Price of items in the restaurant was also reasonable.

I was booked two rooms and we got not in the same building. One room was nice and modern like in bookings photo or other one old style room, just with nice view from balcony. Air conditioner not was working, but after few hour was fixed. Breakfast wasn’t nice too, just croissants lovely.

Amazing view of the lake and a spacious balcony. Breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. The gentleman who checked us in (I believe his name is Davide) was exceptionally professional, informative and helpful. His demeanor and approach to guests matches a luxury 5 star hotel, and is a prime example of high hospitality standards.

No sound insulation in the rooms, it is noisy, but it depends on the neighbors.

A room had an issue with lights, but was then fixed immediately.

Service, extremely helpful & friendly staff, very flexible with unorthodox arrangements, different people from our group arriving at different times, good food.
