How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Breakfast was fine, but every day the same. It would be better to change from time to time. The guy from the eggs almost always forgot what to bring and brought what was not ordered.
The position of hotel is perfect, we had a direct view on the beach which was perfect. Room was very clean and tidy. Parking right next to a hotel is very good in such a crowded area. We especially appreciate Veronica’s attitude and her help. She was always there to help, give advice and do the needful to make our stay even better.

The hotel itself was very good. The room, the breakfast and the bathtub were both very comfortable and good. The communication with the hotel and reception staff before hand was really smooth. However unfortunately when checking-out we asked for the price of a taxi to the Rimini station, the reception staff told us it was going to be around 20 euro's but when arriving in Rimini the taxi charged us over 40 euro's so this was a very dissapointing end to our stay as we had the feeling that we were lied to.

The breakfast was so simple and every day it was the same. In the hotel you feel a sharp smell of freshener in the air. I didnt like that smell at all.

There was only one free electric outlet in the room, next to the bed.
The hotel is really close to the beach, it's on the other side of the road. Our room was spacious and clean. The windows are sound proof, which is really handy, since there is always some party going on down the beach. The employees are nice, they will always try their best to help.

The hotel is newly renovated, has a great sea view and its own parking. Restaurants are in walk-able distance. Very friendly staff, good breakfast with the service of a chef that prepares fresh meals. We can only recommend this lovely hotel by the beach :-)

Everything was perfect. Very nice clean room with a big balcony. Beachfront . Helpful and friendly team . We will definitely go back there 😁. Highly recommended 🥰.

I was expecting to have more cooking facilities in the room - but there was only a microwave, fridge, sink and coffee machine
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were also very clean

This is a remodeled property with everything new. We stayed in a larger suite that has 2 rooms with 2 balconies, enough space for a couple. The bedroom, the bathroom, all brand new, great water pressure, view of the beach on 2 sides. The staff is very attentive, really tried to meet our needs. And there is breakfast until 11, plus they have parking on premises. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was kind of rudimentary. Not that much choice, but what was available was good enough. A shower curtain or some sort of devider might be nice to separate "bathroom" and bath from the room. Other than that I have no complaints.
Great location. Modern rooms. Clean and new. A kitchenette was a nice addition. Pleasant and friendly staff. Good value for money.

We ask a silent room, but they don't care neither after the first day when we ask to change the room ( we have a side sea view room) , there every morning at 5,30 -6 o'clock came the garbegge Machines that are very noisy. Even more they offer us a room at the same side ( third floor) with an extracharge at 145 EUR), maybe on the other side of the hotel would worth the money. Nowwhere în Europe we didn't have such a bad experience.
Design of the room, bed are comfortable, the kitchinette în the room, very clean. Great Coffee.
