We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicUnfortunatelly there is no elevator, and quite a lot of stairs to get even on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor which was really difficult with luggage. However, we did it. Rooms are air-conditioned but corridors not. So we were K.O. on the second floor at about 1 A.M.
Late night check in with the receptionist is great for touring Italy till late night. Included breakfast with limitation of variety is satisfying. Despite the close street there was no noise in the morning. Perfect Italian coffee for breakfast. Late check out helped us too.
