Bello! Lake Como Suites was just perfect. Amazing location and a fabulous view from our room. We visited Lake Como for a family wedding and Alberto went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect day and supported us to find travel to the wedding venue. Rooms were spotless with all facilities you needed.

The aircon didn’t cool the room below 27.5 degrees. When I mentioned to staff they just said it was because it’s hot outside (35 degrees). It wasn’t the end of the world, but something to be aware of if you like a cool room.

The location, room and amenities were fantastic. The room was clean and the bed big and comfortable.

The owner texted us on WhatsApp for a prepayment by link and said that they wouldn’t provide the check in information without it. Payment was due to arrival by booking so we had to call booking to ensure that it is not a scam. They shared that they were sick but we couldn’t trust just by WhatsApp texts from unknown number. Everything was resolved but still it was quite unprofessional the day before our trip.

The accommodation is in the best location, right next to the lake and the old town, just steps away from all the restaurants and cafés. Despite being so central, it’s peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The hosts are very friendly, they welcomed us warmly, explained everything about the area and how to use the facilities in the property, and were always available for any information we needed. The place is charming and matches the lakeside style shown in the photos. The mattresses are comfortable. There are also common areas, including a kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful terrace with a lake view, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee instead of going to a café, with the lake right in front of you. This part of the property never felt crowded, as there are only a few rooms in the hotel and a small number of guests, so you often get the space all to yourself.

We had a wonderful stay here. Monica was a great host. The view was incredible from the balcony and the apartments were close to everything. The hot tub on the terrace was an added bonus!

The apartment Hotel is very good situated in the very end of lake Como in the middle of the city center. We had rented two rooms. One room had a balcony with a nice view over the lake, however the room was a bit small. The other room was on the other hand large, but it had only small windows in the sealing. The apartment Hotel has a nice common roof terrace with a small jacuzzi. We had our own made breakfast up there. The staff was was very friendly and helpfull.

The apartment Hotel is in a no-parking area, however we were informed that we were allowed to stay shortly to drop off our luggage. The traffic around the hotel is however very chaotic with one way streets. There are however a public parking house only 5 minuts walk from the hotel and if we had know that from the start, it would have been much more simple to carry the luggage from there.

Lovely apartment with great location which overlooked the lake from the terrace. Hot tub and outdoor seating. Great communication.

The roof terrace had some great views and relaxing area, and a great spot to sit and relax in the sun, the hot tub was very good also.

Everything! Monica and her colleague gave a very warm welcome, with alot of tips and recommendation. The room is super cosy and very well located

It is not possible to swim in the lake, at least near by is not. We didnt know this
