There is no door separating the suite from the bathroom, so there might not be enough intimacy if you travel with a companion. The window from the suite faces inside the patio (it is written in the description), however it's above the Asian restaurant, so we had to keep the windows fully closed due to the fried food smell getting inside. No chance to sleep with open windows and get some fresh air. There is air conditioning, but we personally prefer the fresh air.

The Apartment is located in a perfect location, just a few minutes walking from the train station and in the lively downtown. The common spaces are amazing, it's a flat with a soul, a lot of antique furniture and decorations, as well as painted ceilings make it exceptional. Even though we didn't meet the host personally, he was very kind to us, facilitating the online payment method, as well as letting us store the luggage after the check out until we could set off to the airport.

parking is very tricky as you have to wait for paid strret parking. Make sure you call before arriving as the hotel is a collectioin of rooms on the 2nd floor with a coded entrance

Could have been cleaner but it was decent enough.

Great location--right in the center. It was a bit difficult getting in as communication was done primarily through WhatsApp and there was no one to help me with checkin. Apart from that, the room was large, beautiful and mostly comfortable. Furniture was a bit old but that was expected from the pictures.

Nothing- everything was good

Great location in the marina district- central within a few minutes walk from Piazza Yenne, stazione, the Castello. Quiet, large rooms full of character and old world charm with an old fashioned lift. Spacious lounge for relaxing in. Many good restaurants all around.

the mattress was quite hard and the surroundings were a bit noisy till midnight. I guess that's to be expected with the city

We loved everything, but please be aware that some of the rooms have balconies on the main street. We had one of these rooms and on Saturday night it was noisy until 2-3am. It didn't bother us, but other guest might find it better to request a room without windows to main street.

Excellent location for visiting Cagliari, great restaurants and bars nearby and comfortable accomodation. The host was amazing as well, a great experience overall.

Mattress was on the soft side, would have preferred a more firm one but not a deal breaker for your sleep.

Incredibly convenient location, near the city center, a taxi parking, bus stop for the beach and train station to connect with airport and other cities in Sardinia. Host was incredibly helpful.

The bathroom drain wasn't working so well. The water clogged up immediately. From the photos of the venue i expected rooms with big windows and natural light but in reality the windows had to be always shut because it was very easy to see the neighbours from our bedroom. There were no street views or Balcony.

The rooms had a very old medieval vibe which i liked a lot. It was very unique. Very close to the center and train station. All the good hotspots for tourism and food were walking distance.

Our room was quite dark, but fine for one night!

Nice and close to the train station, instructions given, easy to find. Friendly receptionist. The room was cheap and cheerful, but was exactly what we wanted for a night before hiring a car.

There were several cockroaches in the building in general and one made it into our room, though I’m not sure it could be helped. The door handle to the bathroom fell off and the lock for the main door to our room slipped off.

It was lovely to see more of the Italian rustic charm of an older building. The high painted ceilings were gorgeous, as well as the big windows to let in lots of light. Love the location as it’s in the middle of everything making it so easy to get around and the owner is very friendly.

There was a coffee maker and kettle but no tea or coffee to make.

It is an interesting old building and the way it is furnished felt like stepping into historic times. It was very clean and comfortable.

We stayed in the Margherita room which was facing an inner courtyard with windows facing into the other rooms so we had to keep them shut and there was no natural light into the room. There was no fridge to keep food. The shower could use a bit of scrubbing.

Beautifully and eclectically furnished apartment. Lovely common area - sitting space and kitchen. The owner obviously has gone to great lengths to restore what was a beautiful apartment. Eating area with a coffee machines but no tea or milk. Good for a couple of days stay. The building is quite central and close to many different shops and restaurants. Very conveniently located. Easy self check in. Our host was super accommodating and friendly. Thank you!
