The view over the lake is spectacular. Although outside the town of Malcesine, the lakeside path is only a 5min walk and from there it a further 10 min walk to the centre.

Very little not to like as it was an exceptionally clean and well-run hotel. If anything it would be nice to see the old waterfall by the pool back up and running.

Location, Location, Location - The views of the Lake and Mountains from our room and the grounds were amazing. The grounds and rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were amazing, so attentive whether in the main hotel building or the pool staff building. Breakfast was exceptional but we didn't eat evening meals as always out in the evening to experience some more of the local area - again Malcesine is beautiful. We would 100% recommend.

Could have provided a number of lighter choices of food in the evening.

All the staff were particularly attentive; proactive and friendly Antonio whom ran the infinity pool bar area was exceptional and could do with some help. The four course dinner was highly enjoyable.

The view - could never get tired of looking out over the lake and mountains - simply stunning. The hotel is also beautiful and the grounds so well kept and pleasurable to spend time in. The pool was cold but nice to get into after a hot day. The staff would extremely friendly and helpful - all in all an amazing stay!

The location is unbeatable and the staff and cleanliness were next level amazing.

20-25 minutes out of Malcesine. Part of walk along busy Road. Rest along lake. Challenging in extreme temperatures and humidity. Taxis are available but difficult to book on return journey. Booking arrangements for dinner confused and needs addressing. 6 of us in 3 rooms, one of us had been there 3 times before and spoke fluent Italian. We booked dinner for first night on arrival. When we came to book a further night’s dinner we were told the restaurant , which was not open to non-residents, was fully booked for the remainder of the week. Following discussions we booked a further two nights via reception. Due to poor communication between hotel staff, we were expected every night of our remaining stay and after a ‘no show’ on a night we did not book, the senior manager ( owner?) was very unpleasant to one of our group. This left a sour note. Another member of staff apologised later. One would expect a hotel to be able to accommodate a group of six people staying a week in its restaurant. If not they should make the booking arrangements very clear. We were under the impression that you could book dinner on the day if you booked before 4pm. No adequate air conditioning in restaurant.

Situation overlooking Lake Garda. Front of house staff were excellent. They all worked hard and were friendly. Room had great views and cleaned daily. Breakfast.

Perfect location with incredible peaceful views. A short walk into the town centre is beautiful once you get to the promenade. Adults only makes it a very chilled atmosphere around the hotel and pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful when they arranged an extra night at the same cost because we didn’t want to leave! 10/10

A bit too far to the center of Malcesine. 15-20 minutes of walking.

Absolutely fantastic hotel from start to finish - staff were amazing (professional, well prepared, kind and friendly). The hotel: the VIEWS are outstanding, it is super clean, excellent breakfast, and the rooms are lovely. The rooms vary widely but are lovely in their different ways - some are very newly furnished and others are in the older part in the house. If in doubt, ring reception and discuss and they will help. Lovely lovely stay. We will be back (and we don’t usually go back places)

Would have appreciated some sort of coffee service early in the morning. I understand that there isn’t enough electricity for every room to have a coffee maker but offering some coffee/tea room service early or just setting up coffee/tea in the lobby early in the morning would have made the stay perfect. In addition, a second more casual dinner option on the property would be welcome.

The bedroom was a little basic for a 4 star. The bed was comfortable, but the room just needed a little updating. There was not a lot of luxury, although it was perfectly adequate for a few days, just not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location. Overall, it is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Breakfast was very nice too.

The bed in our room wasn't the best, but everything else being so perfect made up for that.

The grounds are beautiful, the staff friendly and welcoming and the restaurant is fantastic. We loved staying here and the location is perfect. It's amazing to wake up on the lake and have breakfast looking at beautiful art. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

Slightly outdated interior. The A/C was not working yet, and although the temperature was fine, the room was very humid - luckily easy to air it out by opening windows. The radiator in the bathroom was not on either, so not easy to get swimsuits etc. dry. Also a bit more attention to detail would make the experience a ten: no floor-lenght mirror in the room, one of the bedside lamps did not work, no iron/ironing board in the room (and a bit of a hassle that you need a key for the ironing room, which is actually just a bathroom where it was difficult to iron due to lack of space and poor equipment).

Wonderful location with breath-taking views of the lake and mountains. Easy walk into town of Malcesine on the beautiful lake-side walking path, which we really enoyed. Excellent breakfast and friendly service. Quiet and calm. Free parking was a nice bonus. Truly one of the most beautiful hotel locations we have ever visited and we will definitely come back!
