The breakfast was not very fresh. Having freshly baked bread would make an enormous difference in the quality of the breakfast.

Family run hotel in an isolated place but easy to get to Aosta by car in 10 min. Very simple/spartan rooms, very good value for price, but the best thing is the amazing Mountain View from the balcony. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing much. Steps up from car park and internal steps to rooms albeit quite shallow ( no lift).

Room cosy and warm. Fairly basic, traditional decor but absolutely spotless and looked like new. My wife appreciated the dressing table with large mirror, something so often lacking in many upmarket modern hotels. Good breakfast (for Italian hotels) offering savoury ham salami cheese and rustic bread as well as the usual sweet stuff that Italians prefer. Great coffee. Friendly hosts.

At breakfast, everything was basically very good. Nice would be, something less in plastic and foil in the packaged treats at least in terms of sustainability.

The proximity to Aosta as well as to the various possibilities of hiking are great. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, and the on-site restaurant is also highly recommended. Reservations are recommended as it gets crowded very quickly in the evening.

We were completely happy. There was no air-conditioning, but we knew that prior to booking and kept the windows open. That was reflected in the very reasonable prices.

Uncomfortable beds - very hard mattress and pillows. I was waking up sore. Not a variety of breakfast. I do not recommend for people without a car. Buses to Aosta run rarely.

There is no elevator to go to the third floor.

Very friendly hotel personel, who took into account that we would check in after the normal check-in hours. Very lovely family chambers with a lot of space and comfort. The view over the mountains is amazing, and you could do a (very) short (and child friendly) hike to a former medieval tower nearby. Great, but sweetish, breakfast. On the ground floor, a restaurant (Maison/Meison de Pierre) is located, which is ideal when arriving late. Free parking. The hotel is located quite near the highway, but you do not hear it.

Great location off in a small village off the main route from the St bernard pass to Aosta. Wonderful view from a generous balcony. Peaceful setting. Very friendly staff and guests. The restaurant below the hotel was an added bonus.

When I arrived at the property to check in, the host wasn’t there despite check-in being from 4pm. I called and rang the bell several times. It wasn’t until about 20 minutes later that the host turned up but he was unapologetic and not particularly friendly which didn’t leave a good first impression. My bedroom didn’t receive the WiFi signal so I had to use my mobile data or go down to the restaurant to get the Wi-Fi.
