CroatiaLogistics is not so convenient if u didn’t book a hotel out of the city hotel purpose. Roads are narrow and it takes some time to get to Como if there are more cars on the street. It is too bad that hotel charges the parking even though it is not a big city place and they have their own yard.
Very unique interior with a lot (a lot!) attention to details. Beautiful dinner/breakfast view with breathtaking sunset. Lake view from the room. Big room.

PolandI encountered several issues that I believe warrant owners attention. Breakfast Experience: The breakfast offered each day was identical, consisting of one boiled egg, one cornetto, one natural yogurt, one bun, one kiwi or apple, and two slices of ham per person. The lack of variety became monotonous over the course of our stay. Dinner Service: On our first night, my wife ordered the Irish steak slices, which were unfortunately quite chewy. We noticed that other guests who ordered the same dish had similar experiences. Due to this, we chose to dine in Como the following evening. Upon returning to the hotel, we decided to have a drink and seated ourselves at a table by the window. When the waitress brought the menu, we informed her that we only intended to have drinks. She then asked us to sit outside, stating that indoor tables were reserved for dining guests, including walk-ins. As the restaurant was nearly empty at that time and it was chilly outside, we requested to remain indoors. The waitress agreed but asked us to move to a table without a view. This made us feel that walk-in guests were given priority over hotel guests, despite our room rate of €200 per night. Departure Day Breakfast: We requested that breakfast be served 30 minutes earlier on our departure day, and this request was accepted. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, breakfast was not ready. Each item (egg, cornetto, bun, ham) was brought to us individually at five-minute intervals, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, I noticed that the restaurant's morning food deliveries came from a large cash-and-carry supplier, including items like eggs. Given the restaurant's upscale positioning, I believe sourcing ingredients from local suppliers would enhance the dining experience and support the local community. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the services offered to future guests.

Breakfast was delicious! We had dinner one night in the hotel’s restaurant and it was amazing, both flavor and view. The mattress in our bed was a bit worn out and could be more comfortable.

United KingdomThe pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. As the funicular was not working, we did have to drive up and down the mountain each day.
The views are amazing! The funicular was not working during our visit, so the area was very quiet, which I enjoyed. We were provided with a nice variety for breakfast. The rooms are nice, in keeping with the decor, although quite small. It was warm and cosy. The staff were very friendly. The price was relatively good but we did visit in off-season.
