We arrived by boat to Bellagio mid-afternoon and there were no taxis available. Be prepared for a hot hilly walk up to the apartment. This wouldn’t be a problem, but we did have a lot of luggage.

Stunning views, fantastic balcony and 10/15 minute walk out of central town. Not far from both ports in Bellagio, the perfect place to hop on a short boat trip to surrounding towns. The apartment was clean, well stocked with essentials and great aircon!

As without a car, got taxi for €20 from the ferry.

Well designed apartment with amazing views. Nice stroll down into town and a nice takeaway pizzaria 5 minutes away. Good clear communication.

We LOVED the Bellagio Lake Flat. We can't fault it - it was one of the best stays we had our whole trip. Communication with Ambra was great from the beginning, and she was very helpful with all her instructions. The flat is in a great location - only 10 mins from town but far away that it feels secluded and is quiet. The flat itself is large, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a lift, which we appreciate! The bed is comfy although soft, the linen is so cozy and the shower/bathroom are great too. The place is very clean and neat. The best part is the views. The photos do not do it justice. The views are breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again when we return! Grazie!

Would have liked curtains that you couldn’t see through to add more privacy at night and a bit more heat, but did OK with extra blankets watching TV.

Beautiful view, quiet, clean with lots of special touches. Decorations, treats, shelf in bathroom to put things in, nice shower, enough towel racks, extra blankets and pillows, The ladies were very sweet. They had to meet us and get us to our flat, due to our GPS sending us the wrong direction.

Amazing view, comfortable bed, kitchen well stocked, good coffee machine, large bathroom and room, soft bed and sheets, cute balcony, good location if you like to get exercise, about 15 min walk into the main town, pretty steep climb but if you are fit it's worth it for the view. very helpful host. The restaurant next door is highly recommended, very convenient for pizza or pasta.

This apartment has an amazing view from the window and balcony! It took my breath away! Also, I have never seen such a well-equipped apartment with small but very necessary things that make you feel at home. In this apartment you can find everything you might need during your stay in Bellagio. The hostess Ambra is very kind, helpful and hospitable. We had a nice chat on WhatsApp 😊 Next time I come to Bellagio, I will definitely be there!

We did drive to get to this location which was VERY sketchy driving the road from Como to Bellagio. I would recommend to anyone who is on the fence with driving in tight spots on the side of cliffs to make sure they are willing to make the trip. A lot of people do take a ferry to get to this location which might be a better option if you are unsure of making the drive.

This property exceeded our expectations. When we arrived we were awestruck by the view this place had to offer. It was nice having a kitchen and a washer for your clothes. We were only a 0.6 mile walk to the town of Bellagio and parking was included. At first I was concerned there wouldn't be parking for our car since there are 4 spots that are reserved but it's first come first serve. During the entire trip there was always a spot open.

Amazing spot with a great view especially for price and how expensive lake como is. Owner checked in with us multiple times to see if we got into the apartment okay and she had extremely detailed check in info.

The balcony was just a little too small for convenience. There were only small tea cups and even smaller espresso cups, but no larger mugs. The TV was a bit small and too high on the wall. but none of these are serious problems of course.

Parking available for free. An elevator to transport suitcases instead of carry them up stairs. The view from the flat and balcony was wonderful. A great location, easy to reach the town center and other surrounding sights.

If I had to be picky. More wardrobe space for long hanging items. Full length mirror would be good too.

Being from The US we always have a top sheet not just a fitted sheet. The comforter was a bit warm when sleeping. Needed something light weight to cover up while sleeping. Also very bright not enough curtain cover for windows.

Location,elevator. Easy walk to center of Bellagio. Easy for yours and ferrys. The host Ambra always answered our questions.

Everything was great - and better than anything we would have expected. Check in was easy and Ambra was very helpful and available on WhatsApp. The view from the balcony is amazing and its only 10 min walk to the city center. Fully equipped kitchen.

- I loved it all, I do wish there was a full length mirror though, this would have been great. - We left in a rush, so it was quite stressful having to take the bins out and find where they go as there are some rules before you leave - nothing wild, but if you're hurrying then not very ideal. But that's our fault really, and we are really sorry if we left it in a mess - we loved it though Thank you so much.

This is a long list! - Bed - SO COMFY AND BIG!!! - Shower - powerful and the temperature is good - whole bathroom was spotless very clean and had good towels and slippers for us. - The view was to die for, completely just beautiful. - Great security - Good little kitchen area and a fridge which is always useful - Cute little snack box which was very useful when we were hungry - In a lovely area up a hill which allowed us to explore more of Bellagio - we felt very safe here. - Great wardrobe space - Value for money was brilliant especially for the area, I would 100% stay here again, pleaseee update your online photos as they don't do the flat enough justice - it's stunning. - TV was good - with Netflix and YouTube - The host was super helpful when we couldn't find the place - we had walked passed it. - perfect place to spend my 24th birthday - thank you

The lake view from the flat and the balcony is amazing! The location is the best to explore Como lake l. Also, the host is very kind: he assisted us with finding a place to eat on 9 pm (almost everything is closing on that time in the town. There are free parking spaces nearby which is very convenient.

Very comfortable and clean and bright. Great view. Instructions to get to the property were easy to follow. Had all the essentials for a short term stay. About ten minute walk to central Bellagio.

Photo attached. - well laid out studio with everything you need including a washing machine which was handy. - Bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent lots of toiletries provided. - Ambra the host was friendly and helpful. - Restaurant at end of road Bellagino? was excellent and priced reasonably.
