Our stay at Hotel Bellagio was nothing short of exceptional and truly exceeded all our expectations. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and the surprises prepared in our room went far beyond anything we could have imagined – such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The service was outstanding, with staff showing great care and attention to every detail. The whole experience was simply spectacular, making our celebration even more special. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay at Hotel Bellagio again whenever I have the opportunity.

A bit more fresh items for breakfast would be nice, but that was not a major deal, breakfast staff was very friendly and we still enjoyed our coffees and croissants.

We stayed for our anniversary and it was a total dream! The view was breathtaking, as we wanted, the location was exeptional and staff was very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and have recommended this place to all our friends!

nothing! that i didn’t stay for longer!

when you get off the ferry, it’s like a 2 min walk up some stairs and you’re there! such a great location, in the middle of everything! staff were lovely at reception and so was the staff at the breakfast (which was included) were super friendly and welcoming. the croissants and the jam were so good and so were the mini muffins! booked a room with a balcony and view of the lake and that did not disappoint! the view was stunning with seats and a table so we could sit out on the balcony. the room is very modern, compared to the photos on here, the sheets are white, room was good size with tv and cupboard with a mirror in! we only stayed for 2 nights and our room got made up the next morning, which sometimes doesn’t happen everywhere so was pleased with that. wish we could’ve stayed longer and if we ever come back to bellagio, we will definitely be staying here! the only issue was an alarm went off at like 2am and nobody knew if it was a fire alarm or what but lady at reception was apologetic and i understand not their fault at all! stay here if you can!

It was a little pricey for the rooms. Breakfast selection was limited. There could be a wider choice of breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bellagio. Rooms were clean and beautiful with amazing views of the lake. The location, the view, and the comfort of the hotel were outstanding. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, and the server serving breakfast was very professional and friendly. It truly was a magical experience.

The hotel is perfectly located in probably the best location. Ferry station is literally less than 5 minutes walking. Staff and rooms were wonderful; very clean and beds were very comfortable, a little on the small side, but since we literally just slept there it was not an issue. And the VIEWS!!!! The only downside are the cobble steps to reach the hotel, but then again, it is Italy and everything is worth it and there is no way around them. Would most definitely stay in this hotel again. Hotel offers luggage storage for no fee. And location was everything!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bellagio. It was clean, beautiful rooms with amazing views of the lake. We were in the 4th floor. The staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent. This is our second time in Hotel Bellagio.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bellagio. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Bellagio and just steps from the main port, making it easy to explore other towns around Lake Como by boat. If you’re booking, I highly recommend upgrading to a lake view room. The views are breathtaking and add a romantic, memorable touch to the stay—definitely worth the extra cost. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Lake Como!
