Aesthetic,warm, spiritual ambience in an historical Bellagio building overlooking the magical beauty of the old lakeshore village . It truly was a ‘nest’ to come home to at dusk following a day of adventures. Beautiful old furniture and decor invited one to contemplate the past eras with enthusiasm and gratitude . We absolutely adored the nest and have nothing but amazing memories and stories to share with our family and friends. We thank our hostess for her attention to all - her joyous, creative presence permeated our stay .

Bellagio old town comprises a great number of cobbled steps and would not suit any one with mobility issues.

The location was perfect and the apartment absolutely charming. Our host, Paula, was very thoughtful and kind and helped us get the most out of our stay.

Our hosts were sooo great, they even met us at the boat dock! They were so easy to communicate with through email and WhatsApp. They had maps, brochures and sample itineraries available. The room was in a great location and the bed was very comfortable!!

It was perfect for us, but if you had any issues with mobility, it may prove difficult to get to and from, although most places in Bellagio are the same, and set in very steep and narrow streets and paths. I personally thought this gave the place its charm and beauty.

Absolutely stunning location right in the centre of town, to be close to restaurants, shops and the ferry services without needing transport, but down a little side street which was nicely away from the main crowds around the town. The facilities were perfect for our 5 night stay, very clean and comfortable, like a home from home. Paola gave great recommendations and had left us lots of information on places to visit and things to do, which was really great, and helped us find some lovely places "off the beaten track". Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit in the future.

This property was absolutely perfect. Equipped with everything that you could possibly need. location could not have been any better. Giorgio met us at check in and gave us lots of literature and brochures helped answer all the questions that we had. Even made us a cup of coffee while we went through all the information he had. Highly recommend staying at this accommodation. My only regret is that we stayed longer than the three nights.

Great location, the apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. It is in the heart of the old town with easy access to shopping for groceries, wine, restaurants, and all kinds of little shops. It’s was quite and has a beautiful little patio for relaxing, reading, eating or just enjoying a glass of wine. Best of all the host is incredible. She provides all kinds of information on the town, walks, restaurants and more. She was also extremely helpful when we ran into some logistical problems at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

I loved the host Paola who had pre done so many printed lists of walks, activities & recommended places and restaurants to visit. She was truly an outstanding host and even left us a lovely welcome bottle of wine. Definitely would stay again if going to Bellagio.

The apartment was small, but had everything we needed for a few days. Having the terrace to sit out and enjoy breakfast in the sun was great. The location is perfect, only minutes away from the ferry, shops, restaurants and attractions. The host shared loads of information, both in advance and when we arrived, it helped us make the most of our stay.

We cannot put into words what an incredible stay we had. The apartment is right in the heart of Bellagio, in a quiet back street. You can see the lake from the bedroom and all the photos are true to what the apartment feels in real life. The host met us on check in and went above and beyond to give us tips as to what to do for our stay in Lake Como, which we really appreciated.

We really struggled with the hard mattress of the bed- and would have liked separate duvets. The neighbor's dog was certainly not a quiet one - but of course no-fault of our hosts - and we were aware that we were staying in the very middle of town.

Brilliant reception by the hosts - the balcony was the absolute best part of the apartment, perhaps a small parasol would have added to the atmosphere. Well equipped kitchen. Very central location.

Excellent place!! Very good location, everything is nearby. Apartment is very cozy, stayed for three nights and felt almost like at home. Prepared our meal and stayed there for dinner even. The hosts are very nice and provide that little bit more than expected!
