Price quality ratio is poor, the rooms are mostly old and rather used and they significantly differ, so the ground floor has a dungeony touch, whereas top floor is the only one that has been renovated. We got a room on the ground floor, with a terrace, although we booked one with a balcony and it took a lot of time and talks to get the one we actually paid for.

The staff is great, incredibly nice and helpful, with one exception at the reception (a lady who quite obviously had anything but the well being of guest at heart). Breakfast is basic, but enough to get you started. There is always a free spot at the pool, towels always available at the reception.

Price is a bit high. Breakfast is OK but nothing special. Nearby camping area water park was too crowded so it did not really add value, we could have chosen any other (cheaper) hotel with a pool. Beach was quite nice and water in the lake was warmer than in the pools...

Rooms are OK. Not luxury but they server their purpose. Nice pool area. Restaurants nearby.

Our apartment was not in the hotel building itself, we were in the Tulipani apartment part which meant we had no balcony. This was disappointing as we would have appreciated the extra space, to dry clothes, to sit outside in the morning or evening etc etc. if this is important to you make sure you book a family room in the hotel building itself.

Pool facilities were fab for the kids. Even the more fussy one! So much on offer to see and do on site/ nearby. Great choice of restaurants and staff really friendly and helpful.

Needed an iron at the hotel which was not available and not provided. All other hotels provide basic iron to iron clothes. The big water slides and activities are a 5 to 10min walk from this hotel at the camping area The pool at the hotel was for very small kids.

Water park and activities(bungy, freefall, rope course) Location close to all the activities Gardaland, waterpark, cycling, daytrips to verona, venice etc.

Indoor pool was tiny, down in a basement beside car park, I did not feel comfortable letting my son down on his own, he is a teenager and an excellent swimmer but I could not take a chance.

We stayed in the Tulip apartments which are very 'dated' I was woken in the night by a loud constant noise which I think was the hot water boiler?? The indoor spa is very old.

Staff were friendly. Room was large. Access to the lake was nice. All the camping services would be perfect in summer (we went in Spring)

Room temperature could be cooler but staf was helpfull to find a remedy.

I liked that they have packed up our breakfast, as we have informed that will check out earlier in the morning before the breakfast time. Was a nice and thoutfull surprise.

Far away from lots of good spots Not at all helpful at reception, I.e no knowledge if the are bus ser ice etc.....

It was clean and comfortable......not alot of places near by for dinner hotel itself not good breakfast very very limited for price we paid
