Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalThe building looks tired, the furniture is old fashioned, the shower cubicle is very small and, sadly, there is building work taking place across the street, so the view was not the nicest, but this is not their fault.
The staff were welcoming and really helpful. Breakfast was really good and exceeded our expectations. Although the facilities need modernization, the stay was a pleasant one and we recommend it.

AustraliaAt the cheaper end of the scale this small hotel has all the necessary facilities. I enjoyed having coffee and breakfast available at the hotel each morning. The location is a little out of the city centre. There is a supermarket / shopping area about 5 minutes walk from the hotel which I found very handy for supplies and a couple of quick meals. There is a tram stop at the back of the building which provides easy access to the metro and city centre.

Polandmold in the shower, no soundproof - the windows were closed, but I could still hear the cars driving outside, which was quite loud. Very basic breakfast. You need to ask the receptionists if you want to use the AC…I mean why? The AC is an essential part when it’s over 25degrees outside in the night. In general - a bit expensive hotel.

United StatesWhen we left the room to go touring, they cleaned our room without asking or telling us. There was DND/room service sign for us to put on the door.
It was a 15-20 min tram ride to the city. it had 2 grocery stores nearby walking distance (Lidl & Carrefour). Comfy beds and the wifi worked great.
