We were cold despite turning off the Air Conditioner, and the blanket was so thin - there was no spare. The toilet seat was broken so it slid around when you sat on it.

Clean, easy to find and access from the self-check in instructions. The shower was large with plenty of hot water.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. We were shown to our room which was exactly like the photos online. Meticulously clean bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect, close to the station and close to all the tourist attractions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Verona.

It is a 10 minute walk to the old part of Verona, brilliant location. We came in by train and left by train. Hotel is located perfectly between the station and Verona. A nice walk into Verona during the day and at night. Felt safe and the neighbourhood is residential. Room was great, ground floor and outlook into the garden. Bathroom was large and airy. Our host was so friendly and informative giving us suggestions for good food and ice-cream. Map of the city provided as complimentary with marked up suggestions really helpful. On our check out day our host was there early and again very hospitable.

The train station is right next to the b&b, so it can get a bit noisy. The place could use some touch ups here and there.

We wish that we had ordered the breakfast. The host (Martina?) showed us photos of the breakfast and it looked delicious!

The accommodation is close to the train station and an easy walk into the old town. Our room was very quiet, comfortable and clean, and you could see that it is “loved” by the owner. We were greeted upon arrival and the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Perfect spot for our overnight stay. The room accommodated us and our young children really well. We were a bit apprehensive about a shared bathroom but it was really clean and no problems with having access to it. Martina was really welcoming, friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend! Short walk into Verona and close to train station!

There was nothing not to like!

The location was very convenient, in a quiet street yet a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. The bedroom was huge, and on the ground floor which was super convenient with a large suitcase! The host Martina, and her daughter Benedetta, were absolutely delightful...so welcoming and warm, and very responsive with communications.

Host was very nice and helpful. We arrived from Milan early and requested early check in. They tried their best to accommodate us and we were able to check in by 11am. The place is easy to find though it is quite a walk from the train station, especially when you have luggages. Location is not bad. It is right next to the railtrack, but the noise didn't bother us and we were train watching at one point. Everything was clean, air conditioning was working fine. No problem with wifi. Value for the money.

Check in and communication with host 10, room is a 9, we slept well and we're not bothered by the trains, we appreciated the fridge to store our travel food. Location is practical and easy to park in street.

Bit of noise from passing trains if you're sensitive. It was a 20 minute walk to get to town and 20 minutes back, could be an issue especially in hot weather.

Room was adequate. Bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. Little balcony that faced train tracks. Good air conditioning especially welcome during the 30 degree weather! Owner was accomodating and gave good information how to get to town. We did not partake of breakfast although available for 10 euros.

Its about 15 min walk to Verona center but it was a pleasant walk for us and we saved on parking!

Train track was just near our balkony and my 3 year old toddler loved it. Trains stopped going around 10pm and didnt bother at all all night. The hostess is adorable! Nice little garden around the house, very pieceful!

The street was very hard to get to by car because the huge intersection is confusing and hard to navigate, even with help from Google Maps

We received a lovely welcome upon arrival. The owner loves dogs and has one herself. The street is very quiet. Parking in the white zones on the street was very helpful. The room was spotless and air conditioned and comfortable. The double glazed windows meant that the trains could not be heard. It was an easy 20-minute walk to the arena. We had to leave early in the morning so missed breakfast but the host let us take yogurt from the fridge.

It was in a central but quiet street. Perfect for parking our car and easy to get the bus into the centre. Martina was lovely and very welcoming. We enjoyed a coffee in the garden before setting off to sight see.
