The bed in room n.3 was super uncomfortable: too high (I literally had to climb on it with help of my husband), short, unstable construction, old. Room🚩: when we entered the room, we found the pillows on the floor, without pillowcases. Also, there was an empty plastic bottle in the room. Check out is at 10:00 and check in is at 17:00, but 7 hours are not enough to make this small room, or someone has already been there before us?!

The bed was really high and very soft, but we slept there only one night,

Our room was on the first floor. We shared the bathroom with other guests, which wasn´t any problem. There isn´t any air conditioning in the room, only the fan. The owner sent us the instructions for check in, no problem with it. In the morning there was a sweet breakfast in the dining room. Parking in the yard.

The only thing that I noticed is that you can hear almost everything in your room and that the beds are squeaky but that’s also due to the furniture being antique which added to the aesthetic. It didn’t bother us because we were only staying one night but I can imagine it can be bothersome after some time.

The property was very nice, the location is about a 15 minute walk from Lucca and a 30 minute drive from Pisa. The room was very cute and the bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast had a lot of variety of pastries, cold cut meats, yogurts, juices, coffees, and cereals. Additionally the hostess was very kind and helpful with tips of what to see and where to go.

The location was central to everything and it's literally next to a supermarket so very handy. Samantha is a very kind and accommodating host. Breakfast was just right. Bed was so comfy. The house itself feels so homey and its very beautiful inskde and out. I couldn't recommend it more.

Really beautiful place, like a trip to the past, elegant with focus on details, very tasty breakfast and the host was very friendly and attentive when I had questions, spot clean and not far from the city center, there is close a super market for convenience. Definitely will visit again.

Very noisy, old house with old windows didn't stop any noise. Breakfast pastries left out the day before on the table. In a six seater breakfast room, there wasn't any room left for use with four other guests and two dogs, and almost everything had gone by 9:00am.

Great place to stay

This property is absolutely beautiful really a short walk to Lucca the wall city!! Right behind the supermarket really convenient for snacks!!! The property is spotless the rooms are clean and large with high ceilings. The bathroom is spotless and breakfast is plentiful and very very good. Coffee and tea anytime !!! Samantha is great super knowledgeable about everything Lucca !!! definitely hope to come back soon !!! 10 out of 10 thank you very much
