A great stay! The location was away from the crowds but in a walkable distance from all the attractions and near to some great, non touristy, trattorias. The lady who welcomed us was really friendly and helpful! Even though there wasn't an option for breakfast when we visited, there was a common room with a coffee machine, tea and cake!! The room was clean, spacious, and pleasant! We would definitely come back!!

Beautiful old building, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and aircon worked well which was needed for our stay. Also the lovely lady helped me contact another hotel as I had been let down at the last minute for my onward journey.

Great place in a quiet but cozy area of Florence, with lots of cafés and bars nearby but less crowded than the city center. Just a 15-minute walk to the Duomo. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with good AC (perfect for the hot summer), strong Wi-Fi, and a TV. The bathroom had a shower cabin-style and bath. Staff were super friendly and there was even a small kitchen with free coffee and snacks. Highly recommended!

Air conditioning was not adequate. Stayed in June and it was a hot month. Rooms could use fans to help move air.

Location and price were great. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Owner was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Short walk to all major sites and located in more authentic Florence neighborhood.

Everything was fine. Keep in mind that there is no elevator. It’s not their fault, this is how the building was designed.

This is an old building with a lot of charm and fine architecture. The location is close to Pitti and to the city centre, but the street is quiet. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.A perfect combination.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with recommendations for places to visit and eat. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of fresh options to start the day right. I also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out – it made exploring the city so much easier. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location between the ponte vecchio and Boboli Gardens. Staff were warm and accommodating. Fabulous breakfast. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Loved the antique pieces of furniture and retro feel of the property. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again if returning to Florence for a few nights.

The bed isn't super comfy, but it does it's job just fine. It can be loud from pedestrians, deliveries, etc. Iin the streets below.

The staff was wonderfully helpful. It was nice to have breakfast on location. Located out of the middle of chaos but close enough to walk everywhere. Bus almost directly between the train station and hotel. Very charming and quaint.
