The guests next door were a bit noisy when they arrived late evening. But that was the guests’ fault.

The staff was very kind, both bedroom and bathroom were in perfect conditions, they basically looked new, and they were both the perfect size. Also it’s only 15 minutes walk from the town center and it’s a very pleasant walk too. The windows had double glazing so there was no noise coming from outside.

A bit of info around the amenities like the fridge with water would have been useful. And even after quick showers the water would be cold.

Nice clean rooms, host was loverly and made sure we checked in okay. Beds were comfy, pillows also comfy.

We had a really nice stay in Verona, the staff was very kind and gave us lots of recommendations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Location was in a calm neighborhood, 10 min walk to most attractions. Free water was provided which was also a plus. Can definitely recommend.

A small issue for me was getting to the Porta Nuova train station, since I planned a lot of daytrips from Verona, but there are two buses, that solve the issue.

The host was very helpful, the location was excellent to reach the historic centre by foot, and the room was very relaxing, felt like a summer house in Greece.

There’s no soundproofing so easy to be disturbed when people are moving around. That’s pretty standard though so I travel with ear plugs. The other guests were considerate.

Very clean and comfortable. Fairly big room. Had a room with a shared bathroom but it was accessible when I needed it. Host was super friendly, explaining where all the good places to visit were. Easy walk into the centre and short bus ride to the train station.

It is a little bit pricey considering that is a bed and breakfast and you don't have an space like a little kitchen to prepare your own meals.

If was clean and comfortable and the host was extremely helpful and nice. Walking distance from the center of Verona and possibility to use hosts parking privileges was a great help since it’s very difficult to find a spot there. The room was clean and well equipped. If I’m ever back o Verona I’ll definitely repeat this location

We loved the location of this place! A perfect base for our stay. It was quiet and clean and even though we were sharing the bathroom, we didn’t even see the couple in the other room. Communication was great and it was so easy to book and check in at short notice.

I had no issue whatsoever with the property.

Lovely clean room in a great location from supermarkets and a scenic walk via Castelvecchio into the centre of Verona. Didn’t initially plan to be a solo traveller as there was an issue with my partners boarding for our flight, but upon arrival the owner understood the situation and accommodated me well and was very kind! Would definitely stay again upon return to Verona.

Everything was super clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is near the oldtown of Verona (8-10 minute walk) parking is no problem. The proprietor had fantastic knowledge of the city and what is nearby and what you can do for sightseeing etc. He even told us good and affordable restaurants to eat.

If you understand it is not luxury or old city location then it meets the brief. We could hear a guest talking on the phone in the next room - but it is hard to say if the guest was a really loud person or walls are not well soundproofed….I think it was the former :-)

The rooms are large and bed very comfortable. The owner was super helpful with arranging for where we can leave our bicycles to giving us really good tips on local restaurants. While the location is out of the old city it is only 10-15 minutes walk away, so if you are fit then it is no problem. Really clean too.

It’s not in the city center, but not too far either.

The room was clean and spacious. I was welcomed with an early check in, it’s less than 20 min walk to Giulietta’s house, and all in all a great cozy space.

The only thing the room was lacking was a full length mirror .

The property was exactly as shown . It was in a perfect location , quiet and residential with a short walk into the centre . Spotlessly clean , with all basics provided. Hairdryer , A/C etc . Bed was lovely and comfy .
