Everything was perfect. We were really well received. For us the location was perfect and having a place to park the car was a plus. The room was great, the outdoors as well, and breakfast was excellent. Would stay again and recommend 100%.

Wonderful off the beaten track surprise! Gianluca was a terrific host. Beautiful breakfast room with bountiful spread. Top of the line coffee machine with lots of choices. Great taste in evidence throughout the common area and room. We will look for an excuse to come back!

It’s a bit far away from Piacenza and village looks old but the house/room are really fully renovated. Thanks to Jean-Luca, we could go to 2 authentic restaurant close by. 1 you don’t expect to be that big ! The other who works exclusively on reservation in advance. Super advise, atmosphere, yes it smell farm sometime but look where it is on the map.

The breakfast wasn't bad, but could have been a bit better, with some more buns, butter, cheese and ham. And maybe add a fresh boiled egg 😬. But we enjoyed the breakfast nonetheless.

I was incredibly impressed with this place, and without hesitation, I awarded it top marks. While it may not be classified as a 5-star hotel, it certainly exceeds expectations in various aspects. If you prioritize the utmost comfort of rooms, accompanied by the warmest hospitality (thanks to Gianluca, who is an exceptional host!), and the opportunity to embark on beautiful walks and rides through the enchanting "provinces" of Cremona, Lodi, and Piacenza, then this place is an absolute gem for you!

This is a must stay spot, the B&B is brand new and our room was very spacious and the bathroom was heaven! An amazing shower with a view & loved the body wash smell. Our host was exceptional, he waited for us to arrive as we were late and when we arrived he feed us and made us a delicious coffee, he even booked us into the only restaurant in town & we had a magical dining experience. It’s a must stay spot & so quiet, you’ll sleep well.

very nice and quiet place in the countryside. Nice garden for sunbathing. Clean and nice rooms with great bathrooms. Perfect for us who were on a motocross holiday. many courses nearby. The host was very nice and friendly. Recommended!
