Hot tub private use was an additional cost, which we didn’t mind as the room was cheap but the hot tub temperature was at 36.5 C and could have done with being a little hotter.

A room with private sauna and steam room felt very decadent and it was an excellent price for those facilities.

Our room, the Blue room, was quite humid even with the ac.

The view from the property was quite nice. You can reach the city center in 10/15 minutes walking. We enjoyed the sauna.

In room instructions on how to use (start/stop) sauna and steam room could be more detailed (precise). But when we contacted Mirko about this, he answered straight away instructing us how to do it.

The room was on the smaller side, but cozy and functional. We booked primarily because of the private sauna and steam room in the room. Both worked great and we really enjoyed that. The accommodation is in a fairly quiet spot; 15 min on foot to the centre and it's an easy walk there and back.

A lovely location just a little outside of the town centre but within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and there was a nice outside space to enjoy as well as free coffee and tea in the kitchen. Marco responded instantly to any queries and was very helpful.

A beautiful getaway in Belluno. The rooms are well equipped and guests can access the common room with a kitchen. There was a sauna and turkish bath in the room, and for additional fee it's also possible to access the outdoor hot tubs. The host has written extensive tips for local sights and restaurant recommendations.

Unfortunately a lot. Uncomfortable, not very clean. The (unusable) sauna and turkish bath inside the room make it damp and smelly. Furniture is basic and not at all up to standard. Beds are small and uncomfortable and there is barely room to move around them.

We didn't use the Turkish bath in the end because it smelled a bit funky. There were some other bits where the place is rough around the edges like the wobbly tap and leaking shower. But it didn't bother us much. The price was really good, so we were happy.

We were so happy to have found this place after finishing the Alta Via 1 one day early due to bad weather. The jacuzzi was our absolute highlight. The location is great and Mirko is a very good host. I loved the free cappuccinos in the play room. We also enjoyed the sauna. But probably felt a bit too tired and exhausted to make full use of it. The place was clean & tidy.

First we can't found it, but after 30mins local guy help us. The GPS location show different place and since we came late evening and tired, it wasn't clear. The accommodation is cheap, so you can't expect much, but inside the accommodation were bugs everywhere, the things looks on the first look, but that's only on first look. Compare to accommodation for same price in different city in Italia was this one really bad. Also there was no view on mountains 🫤

From outside it's looks really nice 🙂 the price was okay.

Everything about Bed and Wellness was amazing. The location is beautiful with great views and the amenities are fantastic. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Most importantly the staff went so far above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. We had planned to stay at Bed and Wellness for one night after hiking the Alta Via 1 trail, and they allowed us to leave our car and luggage with them. But then an injury made us leave the trail early, and the staff made sure we were able to check in several days early and stay an extra day and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and content. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. We are so grateful to the kind and attentive staff for providing a welcoming and luxurious stay!

Nothing, amazing stay!

Big alpine style rooms, private steam rooms and sauna. Mirko wad very helpful, and welcoming. Nice basic style breakfast to get you going for the day. Amazing location in the Dolomites. Would recommend staying!
