Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Right next to the Piazza Duomo, what is the city centre. Close to the tourist office, very helpful.

United StatesSo lovely! The view is incredible and the room/amenities were absolutely perfect. The staff was very nice and explained everything well. She even let me leave my bag in the lobby and keep the keys 4 hours past check out so I wouldn’t have to carry my luggage all day.

This is the best accommodation. It was so comfortable during my stay that I extended it for another night. The room conditions are satisfactory for all Koreans. The host is very responsive, and even though it's located in the center of Crema, there is no noise. The lobby is truly fantastic! If I visit Crema again, I will book this place again.

Situated in the heart of the town, this place is surprisingly quiet. It has been newly furnished and comes equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The service is both friendly and readily available, ensuring a pleasant experience.

AustraliaNot worth the money, the owner is very passive aggressive and made my stay extremely uncomfortable, felt like living in your angry mother’s house. She even slipped a passive aggressive letter under my door. Very disappointed given I spent the extra money to be in a comfortable and relaxed place after long travels. There was absolutely no outside food or drinks aloud inside which was pointless and ruined my stay (not even aloud in the common area). You couldn’t bring in any snacks, or a drink to enjoy at the end of the day, or even take home leftovers from dinner. Given the hotel didn’t sell food there’s no reason for this. I stayed in other places in crema that was much cheaper, nicer and more accommodating. Give this one a miss.
Room was cute, clean and comfortable. Right in the centre of town.
