The location was supposed to make it easy to travel 1 mile-70 Euros was too much to pay for 1 mile. The service is based on tourism-All staff should speak English-2 of staff spoke no English-Owner spoke minimal English. NOT UP TO INDUSTRY STANDARDS.

The shower would not drain out. The toilet had a very loud grinding sound when flushed. The sign above the toilet said not to flush any toilet paper. What does that mean?

No kettle in the rooms. It would be good to be able to make a coffee especially in the morning. I was woken up several times by someone entering in and out of rooms.

The host moved me to one of the new rooms that has an on suite, which is really important for privacy. There was good air conditioning. The mattress was nice and firm so I was quite comfortable.

Contacting the hotel was very difficult. Rosa sent an WhatsApp but not until the day before and arranged the transfer. Would be good to be able to contact the hotel earlier.

Close to airport but due to late arrival not suitable to walk to. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up even though flight was 90 minutes late and didn't land till 00.10.

Google maps will keep you walking on airport side of the road and you are unable to cross over road barrier. Stay on the far side of road from airport. No nearby shops.

Close to airport, about 20 min walk to airport with bags. Room size was good and comfortable bed.

I am not sure if this is the fault of the hotel, but on Apple Maps, it listed the hotel as an eight-minute distance from the Venice airport, which was a lie. The hotel is on the other side of the highway and not accessible while walking. Also while the room was nice, it was freezing in the room. I wasn't informed how to control the temperature when I entered, but I assume I would have been told had I asked. But room temperature has never been a concern when I've stayed at a hotel, I usually leave it as is, but in this room, I was shivering all night.

It was a very convenient location, right next to the airport. The turnaround from booking the room to stepping into the room was incredibly quick. I booked, and within 20 minutes, I was already in my room. The staff was really helpful and the place was very quiet. The bedrooms were spacious and the bed was very comfy.

Location- is close to the airport, we ordered the driver from the hotel, who charged €20 for a 1.8 kilometre ride which seemed excessive. However I would not have liked to walk from the airport late at night, or if you had a lot of luggage. The room was comfortable, especially the beds The room was not decorated at all and had no pictures or anything and there was only a small window. It felt like being in a bunker or a cell If you are arriving late or leaving early this hotel is ideal,

We booked very last minute due to not realising how long we had to wait before our flight and the owners were very accommodating and friendly. We did have to walk down a duel carriage way to get there before realising there was a path on the other side which we took on the way back to the airport. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed for such a short stay.

Overall good for quick stop, due to needing close to airport for early start next morning. Got taxi organised to take us to and from restaurant. Got taxi organised for travel to airport. These all chargeable but happy to get sorted evening before and all went without any issues. Lady was very nice and helpful.

The location would be best not to walk there, no elevator so have to lift up bags, its AC to heat but no heater so for me it still cold and its a bit loud at night.

The room is clean and provide the kettle for tea and coffee.

It is no hotel. It is just a room. No place to make coffee, or anything else. Breakfast can be arranged, but we didn't take this option. If you have a car, you have to park outside.

The location to the airport is very close. One can walk to it, even when pulling a suitcase. The staff was very good on communication, and assisted with a late check in.

Getting there was difficult, it was raining heavily and we had to walk 1.8 kms to get there along the side of the motorway. This will change when the building work is complete
