In June, with high temperatures outside, it was too warm. I suggest to turn the air conditioning on beforehand.

There's not much privacy as the doors are quite thin and the whole accommodation is one converted apartment into three separate rooms. The bathrooms are across the hallway. It's better suitable for young people and groups. I also didn't like the passive agressive signs and messages instructing how to use the place, kitchen, bathroom towels and threatening with extra fees. Again, perhaps more suitable for young travellers.

The apartment is well located, right below the historic city and you can walk there on foot. The room is good size, bed was comfy and there was convenient self-check in with clear isntructions about where to find the keys and how to get the building.

Great location and spacious room! Building has a lift that makes everything a bit easier. Although not keen about separate bathroom, that didn’t feel bad at all. Is a beautiful building, 20 min walk or so to the old town and with some nice food options around.

Great central location, handy for train station and buses around Bergamo. Less than 10 mins gentle walk to Funiculare for Citti Alta. Very clean with a comfortable bed.Christina, the owner, was great at keeping us informed and checking we were ok and had everything we needed. We would happily book again.

Sponge mattress a bit soft, or old, not much support, but just about adequate.

Good instructions for getting in, nice style, high ceilings, ok kitchen, kettle in room. Good bathroom - small shower but good pressure and hot water.

The experience was great. There are three rooms in the same flat and only two of them have a bathroom outside the room. There was a kitchen that was full equipped, you could buy coffee for 0,30 or water for 0,5. You could also buy your food in the supermarket and bring it. There were other guests when I was there but I did not see them. The room was very big, there was space, the bed was two beds together but it was very big and comfortable. The pillows were fantastic. The bathroom was big, we had a bathtub, although we didn’t use it. There was a hairdryer. The communication with the host was via WhatsApp and she answered quite fast. It was a very pleasant experience.

In the appartment it was cold and we could not turn on the heater. Beds were very small for 2 people especially in room 3 B. Check out time specified was 11 AM, but at 10.30 AM the cleaning lady was already coming to the appartment.

Good location. It's an apartment with 3 rooms, you share the hallway and kitchen. I felt that it needed a bit more maintenance, but it was clean and quite interesting.

It was located in a central location, we were quite satisfied. I definitely recommend. the host sent the accommodation details in very detail.

Unfortunately, the communication with the property was not easy. The staff has reached out to us to provide instructions for paying and providing our IDs. The instructions were provided on WhatsApp in a voice memo with poor quality, making it hard to understand. After we confirmed that we uploaded our proof of identity and made the payment, the staff aggressively accused us of not having done it. They shortly after acknowledged that we correctly completely the steps, but it was still a poor experience to be questioned. One month following our stay, the staff used our phone number to advertise for other of their properties in Ibiza, which I believe is a violation of GDPR regulations. Overall, our stay was still a great experience, but could have been even better had the communication been smoother.

We couldn't close the door, only if we locked it with the key. The bed wasn't originally for couples, it was 2 single beds put together, and they slid apart during the night.

Checkin and pay in separate websites. For those who are cautious about leaving sensitive personal data might be issue. Semi shared flat, but this is understandable while booking.

Authentic touch, nice location, clean. Not far from life. Shared kitchen with some stuff left from other guests. We got wine 😎
