Hotel Albion’s location is fantastic, halfway between Ortisei and Castelrotto. The hotel is elegant and excellently appointed, exuding class and beauty without pretentiousness. The personnel is amazing, cordial and welcoming, the food is first class and the service always impeccable. A real gem.

We came in the hot days and found out there’s no AC in the hotel. The hotel staff provided us a fan, which we turn on for the entire night. But since there’s no screen (prevents the bugs to come in) on the window, we had to close the windows all night, which made the indoor lack of ventilation. This is the only drawback of our stay.

Food is fabulous! You won’t go wrong with any dishes! The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

We had a chalet with panoramic windows and a huge porch and we loved it. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel offers free hiking and biking tours . The location is 10 minutes or so away from the center but the hotel offers a free bus pass and shuttles so it worked great for us.

Nothing, only one small comment, there is table in rhe restaurant reserved for every room that it will be for you all your stay and you can’t change it. It is ok for making order, but, its nice to change each day to see other people and other view. Still i will rate the hotel 11/10

Everything was super, besides the fact my husband had forgotten his toothbrush and paste (as always) and these were not left in the bathroom by the hotel:) This is a small and cheap benefit you can add, it will help a lot, especially to mankind:) Also, an subjective opinion, the pillows on the bed were too hard for my liking. This is everything, I think and just a small advice- the waiters are all wonderful, young, powerful and charming men and boys (which to be honest caught my eye hihi), however, not a single female waiter works there, so you can maybe add one or two ladies, for the feminist part of our community:) Thank you!

Spa, Wellness Center, Lobby, Sauna, Leisure activities rooms, Apples and Tea in the spa. Amazing! Table Tennis, Billiard room, Ski room, Food was 11/10 in the restaurant, such a tasty and various breakfast, we ate so much! Wonderful! Amazing! Astonishing!

Beautiful, family run hotel. The attention to small details was impressive. The staff, both family members and others, were all so friendly, attentive and helpful. The catering was excellent and the wider facilities in the hotel were very good.

Everything was nearly perfect. The only slight negative was that the walking guide didn't speak English and we don't speak other languages. The guides who took us on bike tours spoke excellent English.

The hotel is fantastic. The food was amazing. We really enjoyed the spa. We chose this hotel because of the guided walks and bike rides that were included in the stay

The room didn’t have air conditioner so it got hot pretty soon. Housekeeper was able to provide us with a fan that helped a lot. She did say also that there’s another section of the hotel with new rooms that have air conditioning so ai would suggest you make sure to request when booking

Property was wonderful; location is so pretty with THe BEST VIEW and the kids had a blast also with the zip line and the pool. Restaurant was pretty good also. Loved the Hugo!

Can't say there was anything i didnt like....

Loved everything about it. We stayed at the Junior Suite Anika and the views from the balcony were 100 even when slightly rainy. Room was spacious, clean, had a large wardrobe, sit-down area and bathroom, and incredibly comfortable beds. Dinner/ breakfast was amazing and had unbelievable selection - wait staff were incredibly friendly too. Spa pools were heaven after a day of hiking, they were heated even on the outside which allowed you to enjoy the surrounding views. Everything was well thought out - they even had tote bags with towels/ slippers in there so it was super convenient to head to the pool/ spa.
