It would have been helpful to have been told that we could have left our gear in an office on the ground floor when we arrived well in advance of the 3 p.m. check-in Be aware that there is no option for earlier check-in, and reception is not staffed once all guests have checked in. Not a major issue, though, as a minor issue was remedied promptly once I phoned the contact number.

Beautifully restored. Immaculate, well-appointed, comfortable room and en suite. Excellent location for train and bus travel. Coffee machine and pods. Delightful staff. Quaint old-style Otis lift to the sixth floor, although you may choose as we did for one return trip, to walk up and down the marble stairs. We highly recommend the nearby Turkish restaurant.

Reception hours are limited, we had to wait a bit to get in the facilities. We got in touch with staff and everything was sorted, but would better if there was a reception desk.

I really like the location, the train station is just crossing the road, we would get the train every day so, was perfect. The room is small but we could find a place to organise our luggage. Bathroom seems renovated and the room was clean/organised daily.

Stayed for one night. Location is convenient—just a short walk from the train station. The building is old, and it shows, especially with the antique-style elevator. Room had toiletries and coffee provided, but the air conditioning took a while to cool the space down. Overall fine for a short stay if you prioritize proximity to transport over modern amenities.

The only uncomfortable thing was the mattress, it was old and sagging. The price for the standard of the property was high.

It is very convineintly located next to Milano Centrale station. I used it for a transit stop. Public transports like metro, tram, buses and shuttle buses to the airport are all within a few metres. The room was small but equipped with amenities like kettle, tolietraties etc and very clean. The staff was extremely polite.

My only minor quibble was a blinking light inside the toilet area.It wasn't a major issue,especially for one night, but something worth noting.

I recently had a one- night stay at House Beatrice and I was thoroughly impressed.What truly made our experience was the incredibly helpful and accommodating hotel staff (Mr.Jem).From check -in to check- out,he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made us feel (with 2 boys) genuinely welcome.The professionalism and friendly deameanor were a real highlight. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic-very central and felt very safe.

Not really something we dislike but the elevator can be a bit scary since you can see the outside when using it. Some guests also smoke inside the elevator (we had to cover our nose because the smell is unbearable). Maybe put a non-smoking sign next time.

The place is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect -- it's literally just a 2-minute walk from Milan Central Station. If you are planning any trip from Milan, this place is hard to beat. You can even book 2am trains and not worry about commuting to the Central Station because of the proximity. The aircon is perfect for the summer heat (we were there when Milan was at 31C). The bathroom is clean and complete with towels and toiletries. The room (double room) is spacious and plenty of room to move around and fix your luggages. There's also TV, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee machine with pods (really good coffee), tea. The bed was big and cozy. The two staff members (front desk and cleaning staff) we met were very kind and professional. We felt very welcome and at home instantly, especially after a long tiring trip. They were very nice in giving us some instructions.

Recieving message from Booking .com confirming the cancellation of booking the day after we stayed at this 2 rooms, not appropriate. Misinformation done. We paid for one night stay at the reception. It's very difficult to call their given telephone number. No one respond.

The location is great, near the railway station. Highly recommended for travellers.

Location was 2min from Central Station, making it super easy to catch the train early in the morning the next day. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed - AC, towels, fridge, kettle, and TV. Was traveling with our 2 year old and she was comfortable in the room. The host was super friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay near central station!

Good location, 5 mins walk from Milan Central station and around 50 mins bus ride from Milan Bergamo (Orio Al Serio) airport. Comfortable, clean and good sized room, no breakfast option but there is a kettle/coffee/tea and small fridge, very quiet, on 6th floor but there is an elevator. My flight was delayed and I did not arrive at airport until 10:20 pm but reception closes at 11 pm, however, the person I was communicating with via Whatsapp (do not know name) helped me with online check in, Google maps misdirected me so did not arrive at the hotel until quarter past midnight and they carried on communications with me until I arrived at the hotel, explaining entry and where to collect key etc, very grateful to them as it had been a very long day of travel... Grazie! Would recommend and definitely stay if in Milan again.

Location is excellent choice for travellers by train, and underground is right on the street near from the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good for my neck after long day by walking around. There was good noice cancellation by window so it was quiet. For your bath comfort there are shower gels, shampoo, soap and several towels.

had to catch an early train to the airport, and the place is just in front the station. So easy. The building is a bit old and there are many hotels, one on each floor. Check in was fast. The Chinese next door amazing.

Perfect location when traveling away from Milan. Next to the railway station and bus stop for Malpensa Airport in front of the building. The room was clean and nice and the fellow at the reception was friendly and helpful.

We stayed there only for one night so I was not able to identify any cons.

The accommodation is situated next to the central train station and also very close to the place where you can get a shuttle bus to Bergamo Airport. Despite the fact that the accommodation is next to the train station, it is quiet and clean. In my opinion, it is a very good option for good money.
