Great contact re entry to the apartment. In great location and easy to find. Excellent security and very clean. Great restaurants and bars close by. Would definitely stay again in the area.

Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room. Room a bit dark but it is in an old building.

The shower was not working and I have found a spider in my bed Under the bed was full of dust And when you enter to the main door was laundry on the stairs everywhere

Location is great, staff is very helpful and nice.

I didn’t expect such tiny room as usually when 20 m2 is on description is only room size, not all together including shower and toilet and corridor. Room by itself not more than 12-13 m2. It wouldn’t be my choice if I knew at the beginning, I would rather book bigger. We have a room with no view where are ventilations pipes were located which were very noisy at night. It’s was uncomfortable experience.

Great location, clean modern room and a great host who answered all queries promptly. Simple check in / entry process that makes arrivals seamless. Would use again without hesitation.

Extremely convenient the 24h checkin, beautiful position, very safe the entrance with the code, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable, beautiful simple interior design. A great service indeed.

Maybe just that it was lacking a full body mirror, I was needing it before going out for an event. And the fact that in the exact city center parkings are to be paid. Not really an issue for me. I parked 5min away by foot, on a free parking space. But maybe for someone with bigger luggage is less convenient. Slightly expensive and no breakfast included. But there is nobody to ask for the breakfast, so it’s simply how this place works. In the very city center (duomo is just 50 m far!) there are plenty of cafeterias for a nice breakfast.
