Beautiful room with everything you need, host was beautiful and fed me a lovely breakfast in the mornings. Location is perfect, you can walk or bus into Como, and not too busy, relaxing, local Cafe 10m away is great, and can go for a swim across the road ✌️

A charming property located just a short distance from the center of Como. It offered exactly what I needed: a refreshing shower, a quiet and peaceful night’s sleep, and a tasty, personalized breakfast. The apartment has a pleasant atmosphere with a touch of historic charm that gives it a unique character. Although we arrived late, our host was very welcoming and understanding, which we greatly appreciated. The personalized breakfast added a thoughtful and homely touch to the stay. The accommodation is in a residential building — essentially a flat that has been converted into a B&B. The room was small and a bit old-fashioned, and this type of place isn’t usually my first choice. However, I left with a really good feeling. Marcello’s warm attitude made me feel completely at home. The breakfast setup isn’t what you typically expect while traveling, but I’m glad I got to experience it — it added a unique touch. There’s also a café just 50 meters away where you can enjoy a good coffee anytime.

The timed lights going off while in the shower or on the toilet were a bit off putting!

Quiet, exceptionally clean, central with breakfast. The large bedroom is light and airy. No A/c but has fans. Second bed room small but adequate. Both rooms have lovely ensuites.

Brilliant stay just off the shores of Lake Como. The Apartment had everyhthing we needed for our short stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were great we had tea coffee and orange with quoissants and toast. The cheese toasties and bacon and scrambled egg were lovely. Just over a minutes walk to the shores of Lake Como and a further 10 along the Lake is the most beautiful walk into Town. Beautiful place
