There was no coffee and tea facilities in the room and no quilt . The ability to make a morning coffee would be nice without having to go for breakfast .

The host was lovely and it was close to the train station with a cute street sellers market outside . Very secure property.

In a helpful way and non degenerating way, if they clean and renovate small things in the hotel, due to the place the hotel is, they could charge easily more money by night. The hotel room had a broken shower, a broken and paint spilled curtain, moldy walls with holes in the toilet and room. Behind the bed was a lot of food leftovers it was really dirty. As soon someone goes into the reception door its easy to notice a moldy and dusty smell, there’s a plant full of it just in the entrance. The breakfast is too simple, all the same everyday, they only change boiled eggs for yogurt or for salami. TV not working, no signal aswell. As we said and think, if they change this two things they,ll be able to charge more for it, in a more comfortable way for the customers, and in a more profitable way for them. Thank you for the honesty, Paulo and Viviane. PS: there’s a dead bug in the wall next to the bench near the bed, dead, since we got into the room, 5 days ago.

It could have been painted in some areas and the window blinds needed to be cleaned.

It’s 3 rooms along a long hallway with a kitchenette at the end. The rooms are good, restrooms are okay, AC, large and spacious all around. Overall good location for walking or scooters and accommodations for the price. Nothing spectacular but I would stay again.

There were hairs in the bathroom and the floor hadn't been swept, dust everywhere. It also smelt of damp and there seemed to be mould on the blinds. I wouldn't consider this 3 stars.

Wish we could switch off heating but don't think there was the option. Breakfast could have been better. Never managed to make the coffee machine work unless owner was present.

Location is good. we went around everywhere on foot. Owner was very nice and homely, even allowed us to take breakfast early when we needed to leave early though items were limited.

Very friendly and pleasant host. Good location not so far from the train and bus station, supermarket located close as well. Classic Italian breakfast with coffee and pastries, also you can make yourself tea or coffee outside breakfast hours.

But when it comes to rooms, I have to confess, that I booked the room, because in the pictures everything was so clean and neat. This is the most important thing for me. The room was always smelling of humidity, the bath and toilet themselves were clean, but the walls and the door no:( and the bathroom is so narrow that you can touch the door even if you don't want. The blanket was so dirty that at night I was scared to move not to occasionally remove the sheet on top of the blanket and touch it:( They gave only one towel for hands and promised to bring the second one later. Within 4 night stay this didn't happened and they never changed the bath towels, only once cleaned the room. The sound isolation with the street was perfect, but not with neighbours. All in all, the price was worth it, but if they showed the real pictures. I'd go for more expensive rooms, but cleaner!!!!

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location is amazing, very close to Termini and just outside the gates there was a market every morning except weekends. We could always buy fresh fruit and vegetables early morning. Breakfast wasn't included, so I can't comment on that.

Room was a litlle dusty, there was dampness and mold on the walls, you had a feeling that everything is wet jn the room. Blankets instead of duvet did not seem too hygienic and it felt like they hadn't been washed after being used by previous guests. Internet connection was not the best neither.

Very good location in the centre zone, very kind staff, breakfast was offered and it was a nice surprise.

I really got disappointed in the hotel - the room had a very strong smell of humidity, mold on the bathroom wall, bathroom door did not close because it was moist, sound isolation is horrible, dust in the room. Internet did not work in the room (in corridor it worked, but no coverage in the room). TV was not working, yet here I have to compliment the guy who met us - he tried everything, but the TV still did not work. He refunded us a city tax because of this fault.

Location is very central, easy reachable from the central train station and to the main tourist attraction points.

It was dirty. Bed was unclean. The lights were dirty. There was mold everywhere. Pillow case was hiding dirt on the pillows. Also, carpet was dirty. When we opened the minibar there was a food from last visitors. The host did not check if was everything okay in the room. In the end, the host was okay. She can speak good enough english. She is an older lady.

The bathroom sliding door was jammed and could not be closed. The bathroom plaster walls had mould, & some of the walls of the bedroom also had discoloration from mould.

Location walkable to all of the historic centre, and very close to the Roma Termini station for trains or busses to the airport. A very nice breakfast is provided each day included in the price. The rooms are secure and the bed was comfortable.

The floor of my room was not cleaned often

The hotel is located in a good part of Termini station. The staff were friendly and, when I couldn't get my breakfast on time, they brought it to my room.

Would be better if there are thicker pillows so guests will have a more comfortable rest after a long days walking. Shower clogs.

Close to everything. Vivian was very accomodating and helpful. We forgot our keys one day but they promptly came to open the room for us.
