Only thing nothing bathroom in my room but knew from beginning the situation but cannot complain at all.

I liked that they had a tram so close we could Hope on and get to piazza Venezia in 3 stops and then walk around Rome which made us feel safe coming home. Nice walk to the Tiberius river and bakery downstairs and supermarket very handy. He had a wonderful and accomodating driver that picked us up and stop off at airport and anything else we needed with reasonable fee. The coffee machine Danilo has on the kitchen is amazing flavour and he provides such good breakfast items to help yourself . Very good

CON -  If you plan on taking a shower , it will be a cold shower because hot water pressure is below low.  I tried 3 different times of the day and night, and water never got beyond luke warm for a few seconds.  I notified the owner but got no response on this issue. The other guest comments reflect this is ongoing and unresolved. There is mold growing on bathroom walls.😫 Finding and accessing the property is a challenge. I walked to physical address address on booking.com,  but there is no sign or direction on building.  Unfortunately, there were no email instructions sent prior on how to locate and gain initial access.  4 different keys to access unit including building , gate, BB and finally room is extreme . The picture above the bed fell off the wall onto the bed during the middle of the night. 😫 This place is improvised lodging, and not recommended for anyone beyond a struggling student.

PRO - Central location is good .WIFI is solid.  Kitchen has snacks and coffee all day. 😁  Welcome hostess is friendly,  but busy and multi-tasking.  After brief introduction, you're on your own.

It was not easy to find. Guests should know that you have to get buzzed in through a gate, go up the stairs to B and then take elevator up or walk up, two floors. It didn’t take too long to figure out but would have been nice to know. Danilo was responsive to text via what’s app but it would have been even better to see a human other than the lovely woman who let us in and explained things to us, but we never saw anyone again.

Fabulous location. Walkable to everything and a great area to stay in for restaurants etc. Very clean. Danilo was super helpful and kind. Nice to have access to the kitchen any time. Decent price for the area. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable. There is a grocery store downstairs in the clothing store next door.

Nothing that is significant enough, I would gladly stay here again. Two details that could be better: Shower is glitchy, sometimes the water temperature changes by its own (between very hot and very cold) and makes it difficult to shower at the constant water temperature. Also toilet is very loud, which is especially noticeable if you use it during the night.

The host was extremely welcome to accommodate the earlier arrival time. Location is great. Room is sufficiently big and balcony is great.

It’s an older apartment and naturally needs some repairs/upkeep. Bedroom door frame was loose, could use a towel rack/hook in the bathroom. A few more fresh croissants or muffins for breakfast on some days would be lovely. There’s not a TV or mini-fridge in the room (there’s a community kitchen with fridge), but that is part of the authenticity.

Location is fantastic. Lovely patio. Authentic Italian apartment. Super helpful, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. Clean room, with cleaning service every day. Beds were comfortable with enough pillows and blankets. AC and shower worked fine. My daughter and I felt safe and comfortable.

This accommodation has great owners, Cristina was very nice and helpful. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location, from where it is possible to get everywhere in a short distance, there is a bus and tram stop nearby. The place was clean, the surroundings are pleasant. For a romantic trip for two, this accommodation is probably not, but for exploring the city you can't find anything better in terms of value for money.

No hot water from the sink tap so had to run the long shower cable to it. The shower had to be hand held as wouldn’t fix on the wall.

We had difficulty finding the place but it was fine once we did. Location was great. It was close to many bars and restaurants but it was very quiet for sleeping. The host provided fruit, cereal, yogurt and toast for breakfast.

Great place in calm area Trastevere. It's worth choosing because Roma Termini area is said to be quite dangerous. Comfortable, spacial rooms. Lovely kitchen and full fridge (to make brekfast). Great host Danilo who reccomended us few nice places to visit.

Nothing not to like. Just know it’s a very old building. You have done stairs to negotiate before the elevator. It is simple basic but an amazing host!

The property was in safest location easily accessible to all the popular attractions and food scene.

Danilo is a GREAT HOST. He gave us many advices on the best places to go in Rome. Room was comfortable and breakfast was pretty nice too. His place was close to good restaurants and walking distance from the main attractions in city. Definitely recommend it!

Shower was cold , unpredictable to when got hotter and only for seconds very poor pressure . My daughter has long hair and wasn’t able to wash or rinse it properly.

The room was a little small so we didn't spend a lot of time there besides using it as our homebase. But it's Rome! Who's hanging out in their hotel the whole time anyways.

Danilo is a fantastic host! He met us at check in and gave a great rundown of how to get around town and nearby recommendations. The Trastevere neighborhood is fantastic if you want to have great food and drink right outside your door. Bed was comfy and the shared kitchen is stocked with breakfast items, coffee, and tea.
