We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved the location of Hotel Battisti—very convenient and easy to reach local attractions. The staff were super friendly and responsive. The breakfast was amazing, especially the healthy options offered. The only downside was that the room was smaller than I expected but still very comfortable for a short stay.

CroatiaWe had a short but very nice stay at Hotel Battisti 31. Great location right next to the beautiful historic center of Brescia. The rooms are newly refurbished and the whole place has a stylish, modern vibe. Breakfast is simple but decent. There's a small courtyard parking area—very practical if you're coming by car, but be sure to reserve it in advance. There's also a public garage nearby. Big thanks to the staff—friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Brescia who wants to be close to the city center.
